I have NEVER IN MY LIFE visited a bank that employed representatives that display the same unprofessional demeanor as fast food restaurant employees!!!!
Fifth Third Bank representatives needs training in professionalism!! The branch representatives as well as online!

Poor business practices at this location. Long waits with no one in lobby. Charges account holders to cash checks. Not a good look 5/3rd. Definitely will be closing the Account. Martin Jordan unfortunately didn’t appear to care.
