Eggs were green in my egg cheese sausage biscuit. Going to call corporate because this is disgusting. Halfway through when I noticed the blotches. Hope I don't get sick.

I buy scratch off tickets and gas from this gate often. I stopped in To cash in a couple scratch offs Later than usual. I walked up and asked the lady “ how much in winners could she pay out”? SHE GAVE ME THE DIRTIEST LOOK AND SAID “NONE YOU CANNOT PLAY LOTTERY AT NIGHT. Come back tomorrow”
This little girl with dreads was very upset at my presence……. SHE CONTINUED TO SNAP AT ME AND EVEN RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME.
THE MANAGER ENDED UP SELLING ME, SCRATCH OFF TICKETS THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR WITH CASH BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT CASH THE TICKETS LATE.
I’m OK with not Getting My tickets cashed in, but what I do not understand SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT COMFORTABLE BEING THAT NASTY FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL….. I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE AT HER. I never retaliated Or snapped back….. I was very polite and respectful, even when she continued to roll her eyes at me and talk to me Like I was Somehow, doing something wrong By trying to make a purchase at a gas station As a paying customer?
How you treat people can often affect Their day, even after the encounter. IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT POLITE, PAYING CUSTOMERS THAN SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE INDUSTRY SHE’S IN.
I KNOW THAT HECKSHER DR IS ONE OF THE BUSIEST GATE STATIONS IN JACKSONVILLE FL.
YOU GUYS SHOULD CONSIDER HOW BIG OF AN IMPACT SHE’S HAVING ON YOUR CUSTOMER BASE.
THE CRAZY PART WAS HOW COMFORTABLE SHE WAS WITH DOING IT…. Like it was something she did often.

As a local stop, I love Gate stations. Thier consistancy is what keeps me coming back. From selection of drinks, snack, food you just cant go wrong. The rewards points are very useful. I saved up enough to get $1.50 off PER GALLON on premium fuel for my boat.

They remodeled and got rid of the Yobe. I miss being able to get 24 hour frozen yogurt, now it's just ice cream (Sweet Freez). I used to drive out for a special little treat, especially on bad days. Needed a little pick me up today but was sad to see it's been replaced 😢

The slowest pumps I have ever used. It took 25 minutes to fill my truck. The filler nozzle auto shut off didn’t function causing overflow. Luckily I was there to stop it. I think all they really need to do is some preventive maintenance to make it work properly.

Stop here often. Very clean and staff is always exceptional. Large varieties of snacks, cold foods, salads, hot items. Donuts and more. Easy in and out. Mini tacos with nacho cheese is a must! Umbrella table areas. Ice and propane. Non ethanol gas pumps as well. Go to place especially if your fixing to hit the water for fishing!

This location used to have pizza ready by 5am. It was really convenient for those of us who work night shifts to come in and grab a quick hot bite to eat on the way home. Over the last few months I've been in a few times hoping for the old convenience only to have driven out of my way for nothing. I will admit the staff is always friendly which is a huge plus. I just wish this gate still had the old convenience.
