Gate is a convenient store that many customers appreciate for its location and friendly, helpful staff. The store is usually well maintained, and the employees are considered nice and professional. However, there are ongoing issues with the store’s management and equipment, such as frozen beverage machines and gas pumps, which have been out of order for months or even years. Efforts to get support from corporate customer service have often been unsuccessful. Despite these problems, staff members do their best with limited resources, and customers find them kind and accommodating. For example, when a hotdog cooker was not working, employees went out of their way to help by getting hotdogs from the cooler. Overall, Gate offers convenience and friendly service, though it struggles with equipment and management issues.

My Go-to store for ice and coffee.. Only problem they always run out of RED BULLS 🤣 Other than that the store is always clean and the staff is friendly. 👍🏽
