Goodwill Outlet Store and Warehouse is a local, not-for-profit organization focused on providing employment opportunities through the sale of donated items. While many shoppers appreciate the chance to find great deals on unique items, experiences at the store vary. Some customers report that the staff can be rude or disrespectful, with recent changes in store policy causing frustration. For example, shoppers are now required to cash out and take their items to their car before continuing to shop, leading to a decrease in purchases for some. On a positive note, some visitors enjoy the lively atmosphere, noting that staff members often shout to maintain order and ensure safety, especially during busy times with newly stocked bins. Shoppers have found valuable items at low prices, making it an appealing destination for resellers. However, concerns about slow bin rotations and the quality of merchandise have been raised, with some feeling that the store has declined in recent times. Overall, while there are enjoyable aspects of shopping at Goodwill Outlet Store and Warehouse, customer experiences can vary widely based on staff interactions and store policies.

I think they had good stuff but it was very confusing. The two male staff were yelling at the customers throughout hour n a half I was there. The woman who was working cashier was very kind and deserves a raise for dealing with these cranky men. <3
