“Now this is one of my favorite thrift stores in Jacksonville, there is such a massive variety in Women's clothing. The prices are reasonable especially if you can catch the discount tags. Also, the dress section is in two different spots so make sure you don't miss that.”
“Much more organized than “The thrift store” Nextdoor. There was this green douche dancing outside the whole time and straight up antagonizing my dog. I went up and swung on him and he hit me back. Can you freaking believe this. Also I don’t understand but everything’s always 50% off so doesn’t that just mean it’s regular price? Very nice staff”
“Went here to donate a LOT of clothes now that I'm retired and don't need so many things. The drop off location is out back. They accepted them on hangers which some places won't do. The staff were very pleasant and VERY helpful. I even learned that if any of my items do not sell (to raise money for Hubbard House) they have a company that picks up textiles (and other types of things like electronics) to recycle. This made me very happy to know it won't go in the landfill.”
“I'm just womdering why are you charging sales tax when in fact all the merchandise on sale were donated. I had donated several times before and also my wife is patronizing at the same time but i was shock when i saw the receipt with sales tax on it. So much for a non-profit organization entity like you that also charging sales tax on donated items.”
“In process of moving have brought several loads of things we don’t want to move here. While sometimes difficult to separate from things we one cared about, know that someone will find it reasonably priced and put it to good work.

If I could make a suggestion, please put up a sign or something that people can use to indicate the changing room is occupied; had a man nearly walk in on me because he didn't bother to check.”
“I wentbwith my neighbor so she could get a folding scooter, and Austin, Ashley, Bill and Joy were so kind and knowleable of the equipment and treated us like family that my friend purchased one...I am 80 and right now don't need one but if my situation changes I would definitely seek you all out. “You never know what you are going to find here. Lots of different vendors. There's also some concessions. But also different vendors with fruits and veggies. Also different vendors with clothes, shoes, bedding, mattresses. There's plenty with toys and household things. Some vendors have knives. There's one that has video games and figures for sale. Parking is fun sometimes when its busy.”

“I frequently go to this location. Even though im closer to the Dunn ave location. Now don't get me wrong that location has some amazing employees. However new berlin has a great selection and setup ?? also the staff is awesome. Im between the two atleast four times a week. The atmosphere between the two are definitely different. Im always looking for organization . Because im on the go most of the time . This helps out alot and keeps me moving . Presentation means everything to me . Im one for bargains. Thx GOODWILL ?”

“I had a great experience at the Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center – Southside! I stopped in looking for a couple of casual items and ended up finding two pairs of men’s shorts in excellent condition at a great price. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which made the whole visit enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. It’s always nice to find quality items while supporting a good cause. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this location!”

“I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!”

“This may be the most packed out GW I've ever seen! Definitely great for a treasure hunt. Very populated as well on the Saturday I went. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection and tightly-packed items. You will find what you need if you're patient and willing to spend some time. Happy thrifting!”
“They have a massive selection of men's clothing.I've been to every thrift store in goodwill in the city, and this one by far has more varieties and more options, more stuff for average men. They do also have a massive women's collection. Crazy. Good prices as well too I got $500 worth of jeans for 30.”
