“Now this is one of my favorite thrift stores in Jacksonville, there is such a massive variety in Women's clothing. The prices are reasonable especially if you can catch the discount tags. Also, the dress section is in two different spots so make sure you don't miss that.”
“Went here to donate a LOT of clothes now that I'm retired and don't need so many things. The drop off location is out back. They accepted them on hangers which some places won't do. The staff were very pleasant and VERY helpful. I even learned that if any of my items do not sell (to raise money for Hubbard House) they have a company that picks up textiles (and other types of things like electronics) to recycle. This made me very happy to know it won't go in the landfill.”
“I was dropping off some donations at the Salvation Army donation center on Beach Blvd. I had excellent service, there were 2 guys at the drop off. The guy was very helpful w/ my donations today 6/24/26.”

If I could make a suggestion, please put up a sign or something that people can use to indicate the changing room is occupied; had a man nearly walk in on me because he didn't bother to check.”
“In process of moving have brought several loads of things we don’t want to move here. While sometimes difficult to separate from things we one cared about, know that someone will find it reasonably priced and put it to good work.

“I wentbwith my neighbor so she could get a folding scooter, and Austin, Ashley, Bill and Joy were so kind and knowleable of the equipment and treated us like family that my friend purchased one...I am 80 and right now don't need one but if my situation changes I would definitely seek you all out. “You never know what you are going to find here. Lots of different vendors. There's also some concessions. But also different vendors with fruits and veggies. Also different vendors with clothes, shoes, bedding, mattresses. There's plenty with toys and household things. Some vendors have knives. There's one that has video games and figures for sale. Parking is fun sometimes when its busy.”
“Awesome Goodwill as far as cleanliness and organization, however I took a star off due to the fact that the whole store is organized by COLOR versus size. If the clothes and shoes were sorted by size I'd actually shop more.”

“I had a great experience at the Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center – Southside! I stopped in looking for a couple of casual items and ended up finding two pairs of men’s shorts in excellent condition at a great price. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which made the whole visit enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. It’s always nice to find quality items while supporting a good cause. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this location!”

I can't figure out their pricing though Pay close attention and know the price if you purchase new.made the nautical mirror below from an ugly pepto bismal pink mirror. Will get $25 for this creation.”
“I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!”
“They have a massive selection of men's clothing.I've been to every thrift store in goodwill in the city, and this one by far has more varieties and more options, more stuff for average men. They do also have a massive women's collection. Crazy. Good prices as well too I got $500 worth of jeans for 30.”
“I like coming here but I’ve been overcharged a handful of times this summer. A dollar here, $2 here. Paperbacks being rang up as hardbacks, infant clothing being priced higher as kid’s clothing, it adds up if they’re overcharging you every time. Be sure to check your receipts.
Also, you will see the same resellers day after day at this location, often camped out on the couches waiting for new products to roll out of the back room. I guess goodwill doesn’t mind it, but I always wonder why they allow people to lounge on their unsold merchandise for hours at a time.”

Went back to school shopping for my 5 year old and got about 10 outfits, a brand new jacket and 3 pairs of pajamas all for around like $130. Such a great deal!”
