“A thrift store with actual thrift store prices. An entire bag of clothes for $10...WOW The owner is so nice and the whole staff is super helpful. And they do live sales on Facebook with prices that blew me away. Too good to not share.”
“What an awesome thrift store to have here in Jacksonville! First time going yesterday and had a pleasant experience with the selection of clothes, dishes, and more. Spent about two hours here and didn’t feel like it was enough time to get through everything. Will absolutely be back.”
“Cute store run by some very friendly staff. Great prices for items. Found some lovely clothes ($2) and shoes ($2) but couldn’t find the right size. We’ll be back when we are in the area.”
“Mrs. Browning only carries quality furniture. The kind of furniture that last a long time. She enjoys helping people SO much. You leave her shop with a wonderful feeling about your life, because of how you are treated.”
“Now this is one of my favorite thrift stores in Jacksonville, there is such a massive variety in Women's clothing. The prices are reasonable especially if you can catch the discount tags. Also, the dress section is in two different spots so make sure you don't miss that.”
“Much more organized than “The thrift store” Nextdoor. There was this green douche dancing outside the whole time and straight up antagonizing my dog. I went up and swung on him and he hit me back. Can you freaking believe this. Also I don’t understand but everything’s always 50% off so doesn’t that just mean it’s regular price? Very nice staff”
“Went here to donate a LOT of clothes now that I'm retired and don't need so many things. The drop off location is out back. They accepted them on hangers which some places won't do. The staff were very pleasant and VERY helpful. I even learned that if any of my items do not sell (to raise money for Hubbard House) they have a company that picks up textiles (and other types of things like electronics) to recycle. This made me very happy to know it won't go in the landfill.”
“I'm just womdering why are you charging sales tax when in fact all the merchandise on sale were donated. I had donated several times before and also my wife is patronizing at the same time but i was shock when i saw the receipt with sales tax on it. So much for a non-profit organization entity like you that also charging sales tax on donated items.”
“In process of moving have brought several loads of things we don’t want to move here. While sometimes difficult to separate from things we one cared about, know that someone will find it reasonably priced and put it to good work.
This was a great experience. Staff was helpful and very courteous.”
“Found some great stuff and you can't beat the prices!! I love that they actually have a fitting room. Store owner is super nice and clearly cares about the cause he's donating to. I'll definitely be bringing donations here instead of Goodwill next time.
If I could make a suggestion, please put up a sign or something that people can use to indicate the changing room is occupied; had a man nearly walk in on me because he didn't bother to check.”
“I wentbwith my neighbor so she could get a folding scooter, and Austin, Ashley, Bill and Joy were so kind and knowleable of the equipment and treated us like family that my friend purchased one...I am 80 and right now don't need one but if my situation changes I would definitely seek you all out. Blessings to you all”

“I love everyone here . But Yoshia is the main reason I come in multiple times a week. His kindness is unmatched. Always willing to stop and assist. Greetings is on point. Coming from a retired dm . Please be advised never to overlook the ones that go above and beyond. They are the reasons that stores preform so amazingly. See you soon my friend ?”
“Your products are good, but your ratings are decreasing. I can help make a good impact on customers. If you want to make better results, let me know. I will help you.”
“Place is fantastic for finding everything you need to redo your home on a fantastic budget. Excellent customer service. Manager was super nice, and very helpful.”
“You never know what you are going to find here. Lots of different vendors. There's also some concessions. But also different vendors with fruits and veggies. Also different vendors with clothes, shoes, bedding, mattresses. There's plenty with toys and household things. Some vendors have knives. There's one that has video games and figures for sale. Parking is fun sometimes when its busy.”

“Every-time I go there I get some great service. Raven is always so nice. There was a woman dropping her bags on the ground by her feet instead of giving them to her..being very nasty but she continued to be professional. There’s a major blessing coming her way!!”
“I frequently go to this location. Even though im closer to the Dunn ave location. Now don't get me wrong that location has some amazing employees. However new berlin has a great selection and setup ?? also the staff is awesome. Im between the two atleast four times a week. The atmosphere between the two are definitely different. “What do people expect when they go to a drive thru DONATION CENTER? Then they give it a bad review because they cannot shop there. Well my experience was great. The attendant was helpful and engaging.”
“I found a few items that I could repurpose in my crafting. Like the saying goes, 1 man's trash is another man treasure. I can't figure out their pricing though Pay close attention and know the price if you purchase new.made the nautical mirror below from an ugly pepto bismal pink mirror. Will get $25 for this creation.”
“By far the best thrift store I've ever been to! You definitely have to check this place out! Very friendly service as well! Thanks for all your help ladies!”
“Well manicured shoppe of treasures.
Friendly staff. Great back ground music. Something for any treasure hunter!
Good prices Art, Clothing, Collectibles, Bedding, Accessories.. this store has it all.
Very enjoyable visit.”
“I had a great experience at the Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center – Southside! I stopped in looking for a couple of casual items and ended up finding two pairs of men’s shorts in excellent condition at a great price. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which made the whole visit enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. It’s always nice to find quality items while supporting a good cause. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this location!”

“Has a large variety of things, but the fitting room mirrors are warped and the lighting is awful in there. Besides that, this goodwill is huge and definitely worth checking out.”
“I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!”

“This may be the most packed out GW I've ever seen! Definitely great for a treasure hunt. Very populated as well on the Saturday I went. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection and tightly-packed items. You will find what you need if you're patient and willing to spend some time. Happy thrifting!”
“They have a massive selection of men's clothing.I've been to every thrift store in goodwill in the city, and this one by far has more varieties and more options, more stuff for average men. They do also have a massive women's collection. Crazy. Good prices as well too I got $500 worth of jeans for 30.”
“My case worker is doing a great job along with the other staff in helping me find housing. The other staff from the kitchen to maintence are professional in there job , great place to be while transitioning to housing.”

“Just visited this Goodwill while in town from Panama City and the precious lady up front Katrina was one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met! She deserves all the recognition in the world!”
“You can buy most anything here. But don't go after 12pm. The line was 30 people deep when I was there on sunday!!!! But I love them but I wish all of there workers spoke English!!!!!! Its not beneficial to talk to them!”
“Kid to kid is our go to for clothes, books and toys for our kids! The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and it’s always an enjoyable experience all around.”
