The absolute worst bins ever! Apparently management steals your cart while you are on the floor shopping! I spent 2 hours carefully selecting my cart of items only to be told that they took my cart & will redistribute to the bins! No wonder so many loyal customers have stopped coming here, finally makes sense

Jackie is very rude and disrespectful to customers..she needs to be let go immediately, she threatened to attack me because I asked her to speak to me respectfully like I was speaking to her, she starts screaming and talking about attacking me ,if she would've I would be owning goodwill..totally unprofessional

Absolutely. The craziest Goodwill I have ever been to. They make people stand in a line and then will out these big blue carts and then let people pillage through them. The stuff that their bringing out is all trash! Lol It totally looks like it is on its way to the dumpster!

I've been to many Goodwill outlets in different cities.
This outlet is crappy.
Not worth your time
Undesirable used clothes seletion
Mostly junky non textile items.
Mostly foreigners.. waiting to pounce on the carts being brought out with new items .
Employees can tend to be rude and short tempered with customers

First time we were in a place like this, everything was very good, we found interesting things at a low cost.
Although the staff did not speak Spanish, there were signs with directions in both English and Spanish.

I shop at this store quite often but yesterday and the staff is always kinda rude but yesterday the cashier was extremely disrespectful. I may file a complaint with corporate.

Their staff tries very hard to help but BE AWARE there are a few really nasty workers there. ⚠️
I still haven't figured out why they don't use signage to explain the shopping process at the "Pound Store".
There is one little guy that claims to be in charge but he is extremely rude to certain people. A few signs would fix this problem but his unfriendly attitude and complete lack of manners is enough to limit my trips and shorten my shopping time.
What a shame.

Staff is friendly, but there is a new policy that is not customer friendly. I just get there, have 3 items, and am told everyone has to cash put and take the items to their car before they can shop any more. I spent 5.00 instead of my usual 30.00. Second visit in a row this happened and I left. Was told it came frim manager. Used to be if your cart is full but not any longer. I'll go back when their procedures make sense again. No one is happy.

Goodwill on san jose mandarin has really gone downhill the last few weeks
Staff angry and knocking over the huge blue transport bins out of anger. Employees visibly distraught. Wears are very slow to come out and shelves look empty .

I just found this place and really like it. Yes, the workers will shout, but mostly so everyone hears. No running, no snatching and will shout out other rules like the cart up against the wall. I took time to talk to the workers to figure out how it works and they were all very helpful and nice. As a reseller you can find lots of NWT items for next to nothing!

I stopped going. They are still running it like during Covid with one line that has to stand snd wait 30 plus minutes. WHY keep doing a single file line? The management it seems does not like customers and is often yelling. We drive to another city now.

The people that work here are extremely rude yelling at people and being obnoxious hollering commands and absolutely no customer service. Act like the store is full of gold when it's not only donated but it's left over donated stuff the other stores couldn't sell. What a wast of time. Seems like they are going out of there way to be rude!
