Goodwill is a huge store with tons of stuff to spend hours going through. The staff is sweet and nice, with outstanding and very professional customer service in the donation department. Shoppers love finding items like toys and books, saving money on things that will be outgrown. However, some feel the prices have gone up that much and note the donation department can be oddly strict, even turning down items near closing time. The organization contributes to a better community by turning donations into career opportunities.
I love this goodwill a lot, I always find good stuff at a good price, Ms. Betty the cashier and the other employees have a good customer service.
