About Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center - Oakleaf
Goodwill is a huge store with tons of stuff to spend hours going through. The staff is sweet and nice, with outstanding and very professional customer service in the donation department. Shoppers love finding items like toys and books, saving money on things that will be outgrown. However, some feel the prices have gone up that much and note the donation department can be oddly strict, even turning down items near closing time. The organization contributes to a better community by turning donations into career opportunities.
It’s alright, the aisles are super congested though. Not the best goodwill I went to. It’s alright. A solid 5/10

This is the best goodwill I've been in Florida it has some crazy finds. But get in early or you will miss it.

There are lots of hidden gems if you take the time to look. The cashiers could use a little more training when it comes to customer service and kindness. They could also benefit from having someone review the items they put out because a lot of what’s on the floor feels like it should have been tossed instead.
