I rarely give 5 but for a bank, Hancock does quite well. Been with them since I still wrote checks with Peoples First. Payroll comes as soon as the employer pays, overdraft does not seem punitive, and the customer service and people are friendly. I bank with a credit union and Hancock and satisfied with their service....
