Called before pick up and was told my reservation was ready, show up and all of a sudden my vehicle is not ready because it was “just” drop off.

Great experience with recent car pickup. The gentleman at the front office was great. Although we hope we don’t have the rental for too long as our Chevy Suburban waiting on back ordered part, the car was clean and ready to go upon arrival and we were in and out quickly . Cheers Guys
