“Not only the best rental car spot in Jacksonville but hands down the best Enterprise location in Jax. Enterprise prices have gone up recently, it’s been killing me. On top of Enterprise as a company taking away after hours returns for the day I normally return, forcing me to pay an extra day. But with many bad rental locations in Jax including other enterprise locations Silas and Nate are phenomenal and are why I’m loyal to this branch for all of my rental needs. Whether the day is crazy and they’re swamped or it’s more calm - their communication, customer service, and how they handle everything is above and beyond. “I ordered the wrong part online and only realized that when I compared my old speaker with the replacement speaker. Called today 9 June 2025 at around 2 in the afternoon and spoke to Gaz about my situation and told me the correct part is in stock. I stopped by today around 3:30 and spoke to John over at the parts counter and told him my situation as well. Gaz went and notified John about the situation on his part and they both went above and beyond to help me correct my parts order. Despite the limitations over an online order, Gaz and John went around those limitations and presented the correct part to me and left within 30 minutes. Thank you Gaz and John at Arlington Toyota Parts department. Extremely professional and courteous. The part I needed was the front door speaker driver side.
Edit: driver door front speaker is back to sounding crisp. Thank you again Gaz and John for taking care of my problem and letting me leave with the correct part the same day!”

I’ve been renting from Avis for a while and have bounced between Preferred Plus and President’s Club, and the staff here are among the friendliest I’ve encountered. I always enjoy the small talk during pickups and drop-offs, which makes the experience feel more personal.
The location is very convenient, and I’ve often found Avis to have better pricing compared to other rental companies. I’ll definitely continue renting from this location!”

“I’ve bought a lot of cars, and I’ve never been treated this well.
PJ and the whole staff at GW are rockstars. My wife totaled her Expedition last month and our twin daughters are getting a little older so we truly don’t need that much space. I happened upon GW through Autotrader. We ended up purchasing a LWB Range Rover from GW with PJ handling 100% of all the behind the scenes stuff. It was seriously show up, get paperwork and drive home. I have a good friend who manages a large dealership group out of Nashville and he was even surprised at how smooth it went. It’s literally the Ron Swanson method, you have the car I want, I have money you want. Let’s meet and exchange. It was such a great experience that I’ve been beating myself up for a week to convince myself not to buy the blue SVR that they have listed. I don’t leave reviews, ever. But I felt compelled to let everyone know this crew is the real deal. They better be glad I’m retired and live 4 hours away, otherwise I’d want to work with them. The facility looks like it’s a car TV show set, cleanest, most professional, yet laid back place I’ve been in. But back to PJ, one of the best guys I’ve met and I wish him and everyone at GW all the success. This, boys is how you do business. I’ll be a customer as long as the doors are open.
