Get an early window to make your choice of the “similar.” I was thankful for Mohammad being patient with me and taking the time to listen to what vehicle I needed. I’ll be returning to this location for future rentals.”

“I had a great experience with the San Jose Blvd location. On the day we were scheduled to pick up our vehicle at the Phillips Hwy location was swamped due to a dealership recall and they were giving out vehicles faster than they could keep up. Event thought some customers were being very demanding the staff at this location very professional and always showed top notch customer service.
Due to their situation they only had a vehicle that was way too small for the trip we had planned. They were empathetic of my situation and started making calls to other locations to ensure we had the proper vehicle as we ordered. They connected us with the San Jose location who had the proper vehicle size. Their location had the same level of professionalism and customer service.
They were absolutely amazing to work with and made sure all of our needs were met. All around great experience. I highly recommend them.”

“I ordered the wrong part online and only realized that when I compared my old speaker with the replacement speaker. Called today 9 June 2025 at around 2 in the afternoon and spoke to Gaz about my situation and told me the correct part is in stock. I stopped by today around 3:30 and spoke to John over at the parts counter and told him my situation as well. Gaz went and notified John about the situation on his part and they both went above and beyond to help me correct my parts order. Despite the limitations over an online order, Gaz and John went around those limitations and presented the correct part to me and left within 30 minutes. Thank you Gaz and John at Arlington Toyota Parts department. Extremely professional and courteous. The part I needed was the front door speaker driver side.
Edit: driver door front speaker is back to sounding crisp. Thank you again Gaz and John for taking care of my problem and letting me leave with the correct part the same day!”

My day nearly had me tears but Brittany Little personality and customer service gave me a different outlook on my situation. Brittany was thoughtful and knowledgeable on vehicle rentals and gave sound advice on what would be best for my trip. She save me money which saved me a headache. I guess it is true workers can go above and beyond when providing great customer service. Thanks again Brittany for your smile, patience and understanding of where I was and not letting it allow you to give me anything but superb customer service.”
“The Enterprise on Atlantic boulevard and art museum the salespeople there are very professional very friendly will help you any way they can and they give good prices and if you don't have your auto insurance or you don't want to put it on your auto insurance you can purchase extra auto insurance what you won't have to worry about paying your $1,000 deductible if you have an accident using your own insurance so enjoy Enterprise”

Not 5 stars even though I enjoyed driving the gladiator, I had hoped to rent a nicer pick up truck which was not an option.”
“Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.”
