The store's closure prior to its advertised 10 PM closing time, as listed on Google, prevented myself and another customer from entering at 9:20 PM. This was particularly inconvenient as I depart for Orlando tomorrow morning and required last-minute supplies for my work. The inaccurate advertising resulted in wasted time that could have been spent at a store adhering to its published hours.

Its okay. They had a poor selection of what were looking for in electrical and only one item in stock (we needed 2). Went to Lowe's up the street and got what we needed.

I went in to return a generator that I was told I could return by 2 employees. Well the racist manager Rob Morrison told me he was just denying the return “managers discretion” he the proceeded to tell me he would remove me from the store and said something like “spick” under his breath. I am so upset by this interaction. Ive filed a corporate complaint as well as a BBB complaint as well.

Just drove over here and they have a hand written redaction of seasonal hours. Plumbing emergency to Lowes it is. Got to tell Google a few weeks ahead. Usually a decent store. New regional manager brought back contractor parking. Fix the hours and I'll remove this.

I shop here all the time and these days it’s practically impossible to get someone to even answer the phone when you call. And when they do, they pick up and just hang up the phone! This has happened to me multiple times, so now I feel obligated to leave a review. With all the Ai virtual assistant technology, you would think a billion dollar store would have at least this concept in place, let alone many retirees and veterans I'm sure would like to have a job simply to answer the phone. Simply crazy! I'm a contractor also and now will be taking my business to Lowes from here. Simply FIX IT, Home Depot.

I had the worst experience with this Lady cashier named April, she treated me with so much disrespect and rudeness, i was trying to purchase some wood and ended up leaving the items and go to Lowes. Then when i ask for her name she got worried because she probably knew she was treating me wrong. Home Depot needs to retrain their employees. This type of behavior towards customers should not be allowed.

I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!

I've said this about home Depot and another of its contemporaries. It's really hard to find somebody to assist you in these stores. Even in the garden center which is where I've gone several times this summer. Almost impossible to get assistance. And to get knowledgeable assistance is even harder. So unless I need stuff for building a house or something I will be going to a nursery for my plants and other stuff instead.

Worst place to rent tools. They gonna lock you in with cleaning charge no matter how clean you return equipment. I pressure washed my rental pristine clean they still charged me 50 for clean
