We had a gift certificate for an 8 pound ham. They are out. We said we will buy the 10 pound and pay the difference. They said no they can’t do that. Bad customer service. There should be a way to accommodate customers.

Tried for 1st time with my partner while we were out n about the food was okay would have enjoyed it much better but the fat white lady i believe the manager was being nosey and all in me n my partners bussiness we couldn't enjoy our meal I'm not sure if they make good money soon as we enter the weird white guy was on some hurry up and buy type of time I don't think he wash his hands or were gloves either gross

Staff is completely rude, absolutely horrible service, not accommodating at all to specific requests and complain when you ask for any substitutions this will 100% be the last time I come here and I would advise ANYONE to stay far far away!
Dietary restrictions: Complained when I asked for no bun the manager said they could not do that and then gave me the wrong order all together

I always order turkey for the holidays from here and it never disappoints! I recently found out you can stop in and eat there! I had the turkey sandwich with mac and cheese and it was amazing! The guy working gave us awesome service and was very welcoming to every customer who came in while we ate there!

The worst employee works here, she closes the place half an hour early and doesn’t take any orders. She takes profit from the restaurant and does not provide proper service.

Drove down today and find out they're not Serving lunch because they're backed up?A customer before me left and wasn't happy. We couldn't get sandwiches made? Would love to hear back from owner.

There were 4 service staff in front and only one person was handling the checkout, while the customers were just me and another person who was checking out, and they all pushed to that one staff member. However, after waiting for a while, they finally realized that they were also a cashier and started to serve me. I really hope they become smarter

I have been a customer of HoneyBaked Ham for personal and professional holiday purchases for several years. While the quality of the products has always been exceptional, my recent experiences at the Arlington Expressway location have been disappointing.On numerous occasions, I've encountered a manager whose communication style has been unsettling. Unfortunately, I have observed interactions that were unnecessarily rude, making me feel uncomfortable during my visits.I believe that a friendly and respectful environment is crucial in customer service, and I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a better experience for everyone. Despite these encounters, I still appreciate the quality of the products, and I've decided to switch to the pop-up store in Jacksonville Beach for future purchases.
