There were 4 service staff in front and only one person was handling the checkout, while the customers were just me and another person who was checking out, and they all pushed to that one staff member. However, after waiting for a while, they finally realized that they were also a cashier and started to serve me. I really hope they become smarter

I have been a customer of HoneyBaked Ham for personal and professional holiday purchases for several years. While the quality of the products has always been exceptional, my recent experiences at the Arlington Expressway location have been disappointing.On numerous occasions, I've encountered a manager whose communication style has been unsettling. Unfortunately, I have observed interactions that were unnecessarily rude, making me feel uncomfortable during my visits.I believe that a friendly and respectful environment is crucial in customer service, and I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a better experience for everyone. Despite these encounters, I still appreciate the quality of the products, and I've decided to switch to the pop-up store in Jacksonville Beach for future purchases.

When you go here, do yourself these favors:One, call ahead if you have any questions. They will be answered and you will have an idea.Two, see if Michelle is there. She is one of their best employees and will be sure to get you the absolute best deals. Plus, she is very quick to make recommendations on what you want and need. She won't steer you wrong.Three, sign up for the rewards program. When you do this, put in your receipt code. Free $9 off and you get points.Four, fill out the survey and get a BOGO sandwich.Parking: It's part of a strip mall, and the lots are a little bit awkward, but there are spaces if you come by later in the day.

I had a pre-paid certificate from Honey Baked Ham for an 8 pound ham. Went and stood in line only to find out they didn't have any 8 pound hams. That's ok, give me a 7 pound ham or I'll upgrade and pay the difference. Nope, sorry, it has to be 8 pound. Ridiculous! Then she said to call later to see if they had any, what she didn't say was they don't answer the phone. This policy is ridiculous.

Great food, always! Today is 12-4-23 I came in for 2 packages of ham. The employee rang up a sandwich as well that I never got. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Always check your receipts!

This experience was much better than last year. The people were very helpful, efficient, and service oriented. I walked in and was able to use my coupon with no problems. Unlike last year they refused to serve those that didn't pre-order.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! .? Ruined Thanksgiving.Go to a honeybaked that’s managed properly..I Paid for a ham and turkey 2 weeks ago. I worked hard to have extra money to order this.Showed up tonight at pickup Time the evening before thanksgiving and No Ham or Turkey after emailing me to remind me its almost my pickup time. They didn’t even care. Sorry heres a refund who cares your family wont have food. And it happened to multiple people. Never again.

First of all one can never go wrong with the place for the holiday. The food is great the service not at all. I got blasted by someone in gray stating I was in the wrong line. She is loud very over bearing yelling at me that this the prepaid line. She is a like guard dog just barking really loud. Just to show who is boss of this place. Ah I would understand but there was no line. She made leave the store and enter through a different door. Guess what I didn't really have to leave the line. It didn't make a difference. Again there was no one in the store. SO WHAT THE FUCK LADY. The lady at the register that completed my order very polite and knows her customer service. I'll drive an extra 20mn to the beaches one. This place will not get my business anymore because you have anger issues. She made feel really stupid in front of her staff. No one should be littled like that. Does it make you feel better about yourself to do that to people? Does it make you feel empowered by that? All that does is make you like a monster.
