La Colonia Supermercado is a small market with a small, unassuming restaurant in the back. It is a humble place, not fancy or upscale. The parking is limited but in proportion to the small business. It is a decent place for a good meal at an okay price. The food is good, including a great burger and Baleadas. It is a positive experience and a place where you can share and feel like family. It is a four-star experience for good food.
On my search for good authentic Spanish cuisine in the area, and came across the hole in the wall spot. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a plate containing rice and beans with chicharron. The food was flavorful and tasted fresh, and I was served a generous portion. I'll be back. 😋

great burger! above and beyond what I expected. I was in Hondorus recently, when I came back I wanted to find a spot to get Baleadas, I'll come back for them but that burger is well worth it
