I had a great experience here today. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The technician (not sure if that is the correct title) was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had.

Had my blood drawn and despite the other reviews. I actually had a very pleasant experience. The check-in was easy and the phlebotomist was calling people back pretty fast. Fas as for me, I didnt wait very long. Seem like, I was in back all of five minutes. Having an appointment made a big difference i must say.

They did not have a receptionist this morning. You sign in on the kiosk. Then they call you back. It would be nice if they can hire more blood takers.
