I had 2 appointments and they both went by pretty quickly. I got blood drawn, submitted a urine sample, got a full physical, and was still early to my second appointment at another facility.
My second appointment was faster than the first.
I have a full prescription for my new glasses and 2 upcoming appointments to follow up.
Everyone was helpful and friendly on top of their natural professionalism.
Would 10/10 recommend coming here.”

“The drs at the towncenter office are condescending and judgemental. My husband has been bounced to so many different drs bc their staff keep quitting. Lack of compassion and inconsistent care are overwhelmingly obvious. Go to Baptist if you want doctors that care about your health.Specifically, if you have to use St.Vincents, do not choose Dr. Subashini Anand. She has the bedside manner of someone who should never, ever practice medicine.”

“I am writing this review because of how quickly someone stepped in to fix another employee’s mistake. Stacie, whoever you are, you truly deserve a raise for how fast and professionally you resolved my situation.
I had an appointment on April 27th for background fingerprinting with a woman named Angela. She took my picture and had me pay afterward, and I was told the process would only take up to 48 hours. After several days passed, I repeatedly called and tried reaching out for updates.
When I finally got ahold of Stacie, she explained that my picture had apparently never been submitted. I explained that Angela did in fact take my picture, which honestly raised concerns for me about where the picture went and why nobody had contacted me about the issue. I was also frustrated that after multiple calls, no one had explained the actual reason for the delay.
Thankfully, Stacie went above and beyond to help. In less than two hours, she had the entire situation fixed and resolved. Her professionalism, communication, and urgency completely turned around an extremely frustrating experience.

“We had such a great experience at Wolfson’s Children’s Lab! Check-in was super easy, and we were brought right back with no wait. Our lab tech, Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, patient, and amazing with my newborn. It was truly the easiest lab experience I’ve ever had and exactly what you would hope for when visiting a children’s lab. Highly recommend!”

Sonia, my lab tech was friendly and professional. She allowed me to lie down, as I prefer to when having blood drawn. I will definitely use this office again for my lab work needs.”
“I have gone here twice and it is the most reliable place to go especially if your primary doctor’s nearest appointment is 3 months away. The staff is caring and gives great advice. Fast services as well…depending on what time you go and if you plan on going Wednesdays they open at 12pm! If you are scared of your parents knowing your business or dont have insurance this if the perfect place for you because they are free and give free antibiotics.”
“I brought my 14-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son to Quest Diagnostics to have blood work done at the request of their pediatrician. Both of my kids were very nervous, so I really appreciated how kind and compassionate the staff was from the moment we arrived.
My daughter went first and was extremely nervous, but the lady who helped her was so patient, gentle, and reassuring. Afterward, my daughter felt like she needed some water, and while walking down the hall to get some, she suddenly felt like she was going to pass out.
My son was next and ended up having a panic attack. He was very pale and looked like he might pass out as well. Another staff member immediately stepped in to help both of them. She brought out an ice pack to help cool them down and stayed attentive to them until they were feeling better.
I cannot say enough good things about how these ladies handled the situation. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and reassuring during what could have been a very scary experience for my kids. They made sure both of them were okay and took such great care of them.
I unfortunately didn't get either of their names, but I truly wish I had because they deserve to be recognized for how wonderful they were. Thank you to the Quest Diagnostics staff for treating my kids with such kindness and making a stressful experience so much easier. ❤”

“Easy in, easy out! Great customer service by everyone there but the only one a knew by name was Precious, my phlebotomist. She was a true professional. My veins are notoriously difficult to find but she was able to strike gold in two tries. So enthusiastic about her job and seems very kind. But she assuredly has calm, steady, gentle and accurate hands; which I'd say is most important for your visit. Thank you Precious and company.”

“Greeted at the door with a welcoming smile and direction. Mom’s veins run and we had some good workers taking her blood and we were on our way! Ecstacy was AMAZING and literally found the smallest vein and I looked down at my phone and she had filled 2 vials of blood and said, you guys are good!”
