Lee's Carroll's Meat Shoppe is a nice local place to get meats. The quality of the meat is consistent, fresh, and superb, with super awesome steaks like New York Strip and bacon-wrapped filets that are amazing and don't break the bank. They have good prices, with meat packages and daily specials that are cheaper than a grocery store. The shop is clean and offers a lot of things to choose from, including other groceries and sauces. Service is fast, convenient, and easy, with polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly people who provide spot-on customer service. Many are loyal customers who continue to go back time and time again.
I would recommend this business. The prices are reasonable, food is fresh, and the staff are helpful!

We have been shopping here for over 10 years. Hands down the cleanest butcher shop I have been in also the meats have always been spot on. I now travel from Callahan out to Jax just to get my meats here.

I didn't like the cuts very much and the selection sometimes isn't great. They do have high quality meats and good prices on some things.
