The attitude of one of the employees was extremely rude. One star is too much for this person's service. I don't know her name, but the receipt says salesperson: 768604. I don't understand how someone with such terrible customer service works here. We will not return to this store...

The associates here were very nice & helpful! It was my first time shopping for jeans since I lost my pregnancy weight, they went out of their way to help! And their jeans are great material too. Definitely will be back!

Good service and inventory. The only place I could find jean shorts. 🩳 Very satisfied with experience. I went early in the day and parking was easy.

I went into the Levi’s store today with my son, who genuinely loves Levi’s jeans. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing and left both of us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
From the moment we walked in, we were watched closely by nearly every employee in the store. When my son asked to try on clothes, instead of simply directing him like they did with other customers, they escorted him to a specific dressing room and pulled out an entire rack of clothes for him to go in—while I stood nearby, being watched the entire time. One employee even left the dressing room keys in the door while he changed, which made us feel even more uneasy.
What made this even worse was the clear double standard. A group of white teenagers around the same age as my son was in the store throwing items around, being loud and disruptive, and not one employee said a word to them. No one followed them. No one watched them. Meanwhile, my son and I were clearly being racially profiled.
When we got in the car, my son told me how upset and targeted he felt. That broke my heart. I personally would not have spent a dime after being treated like that, but he really wanted those jeans. Even so, the whole experience left a very negative impression on both of us.
I hope Levi’s takes this seriously and trains staff to treat all customers with respect and fairness, regardless of their race. No one should be made to feel like a suspect just for shopping.

Great costumer service! Employee greeted me as soon as I came in, and helped me find my size. While in the fitting room I realized I had gotten the wrong size and the lady happily helped me by bringing the correct size to my room. The checkout process was easy and fast! Will be coming back.

I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. I just purchased two pairs of shorts from there a few weeks ago. I have never worn them, but when I went to wear a pair for the first time I realized there was large gapping that not even a belt could fix. When I went to simply exchange them for one size down, I was greeted immediately by Abby with a condescending tone. She came across judgmental, assuming, and incredibly demeaning. She said they absolutely could not exchange them even for a different size for the same exact shorts. She said this with a very strong attitude, as if I was trying to win one over on them. I would understand if I wanted to return them for a full refund, but to simply exchange them simply because one of the tags was detached even with a valid receipt and proof of purchase they could not even exchange them for a different size. Absolutely fraudulent, absolutely not okay or acceptable. She was incredibly rude and I have already escalated this to Levi’s because this kind of behavior for how you treat your customers is unacceptable.

I wish I could leave zero stars… don’t buy from the actual Levi’s store. They do not stand behind their product. I purchased a pair of $115 jeans 2 days ago and they REFUSE to give me a store credit or exchange my product because the product didn’t have the tags attached. The jeans felt great standing up, but the second I sat on my couch. They all bunched up in the tummy area so I came to return them tagless. So if you try and return jeans without a tag might as well dispute the charge with your bank. The manager stated that their policy is you have to bring the item with all tags attach or they won’t refund. I asked her to see the policy. She said she was gonna go get it. She has been gone for 10 minutes. I wouldn’t be surprised if she left me as the cash register and won’t come back.

Luis was one of the most remarkable individuals i’ve ever interacted with in a retail store. If I were a business owner, I would immediately offer him double whatever he currently makes to work for me. Thank you, Luis.

The store looked stunning, with everything organized and sharp. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted, and an employee asked what kind of jeans I was looking for. They guided me throughout the entire store, providing exceptional assistance. I was particularly impressed by how the employees went above and beyond to help me find the pair of 501 jeans I needed. Additionally, I appreciated having an in-store seamstress available to hem my jeans, which made the experience even more convenient.

I will NEVER shop here again. The return policy is stupid and indicative of consumer theft.
