About Levi’s Store

The Levi's Store at St. Johns Town Center offers a large selection of iconic men's and women's jeans, tops, jackets, and accessories. Associates are very nice, helpful, and provide great customer service, going out of their way to assist with finding the right fit and size. The store also handles returns helpfully. Customers report good service and inventory, with satisfaction regarding the jeans' great material. The checkout process is easy and fast, and parking is easy early in the day. Many customers state they will definitely be back.

    The customer service could be a lot better. Employees don’t really acknowledge you when you walk into the store. It seemed like a ghost town in a sense if you needed something.

    No longer carry/make skinny size jeans. Product I bought rolls up at the waist/top. Pocket openings sag. Unkempt look. Didn’t know till I washed them.
