Joann has always been REMARKABLE with such great customer service! Anytime I’ve needed her to help with my units she’s always gone over and beyond to assist. For example, when the elevator was down or when the gate code didn’t work… she always helped me come up with a solution or resolved the issue. She’s always smiling and does things in order. Thomas was also super pleasant and extremely mannerable. Again, just as Joann, he was professional and willing to go over and beyond to assist me. He followed up and kept his word. We need more people like them. Tiffany is also very sweet! Give them all a raise! Lol
However, Jamie (the manager at the Southpoint location) has been mean and very unprofessional for YEARS of me renting which is why after 4 years I’ve decided to move all 4 to 5 of my units. In fact, since day one of me meeting her. My mom also witnessed her actions and didn’t like it. She’s always been in a rush, never greets me, and is never willing to assist me. It’s never a pleasure speaking with her, greeting her, or asking for assistance. I work in a field where I provide services in the areas of homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, child welfare and keeping families together and in all of my years in the helping and being in a caring field have I ever treated anyone how she’s treated me. I really hope she learns to provide better customer service to her customers. I know she gets good review’s but that’s because she ask for reviews as soon as she moves someone in to a unit. I mean what better time to fake being nice? If people really got to know her they wouldn’t be so happy to give good reviews.

Needed a space suddenly and ExtraSpace was able to meet our needs quickly. When we were at the space we were met by Joann Gain, the manager, who welcomed us and answered all our questions. When we thought we would pass out from the heat of the day Joann surprised us with ice cold waters! Wonderful experience with Joann and feel very safe with regards to the facility.
