2025 March 6th, I perched a $1,858. Refrigerator and it was damage, I returned it and lowes ordered me a another refrigerator and it was damage and not working correctly. Then lowes sent a third refrigerator out with in 24 hours and n ou w they can't deliver an anothor refrigerator for 3 days and if I get a refund and cancel my order they said 14 days to return my money

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I waited like 15 minutes for someone to help me in lumber. Jessie is the guy who helped me out tremendously! I'm 7 months pregnant and he seen me and asked if I needed help. Not only did he help me finish shopping. But he checked me out and even loaded my car! It was the best service I have had in years! Very polite and apologetic for the wait. I even did the survey just for him! Thanks Jessie for everything today!

Today we went to Lowe's. I needed a can of Scotchgard, 5 gallons of exterior paint for a deck, and a new stove/oven. We found the Scotchgard ($13.99) and went to the paint department. I pressed the button a couple of times and nobody came for over five minutes (I did look at my watch). I then walked over to power tools, and spoke with a young lady there that paged someone to the paint department. I thanked her and returned. After another five minutes passed, I looked on my phone to see if Home Depot had the same Scotchgard, and they did for $9.99. I put the can back on the shelf, and as I was leaving the store I told the gentleman that was supervising the self checkout that we were taking our business to Home Depot, and why. He didn't seem to care. You lost a good customer today, Lowe's. I got all of the above from your competitor.

No one at this Lowes has a clue what they are doing. Never order delivery at this Lowe's, that can't even deliver within the window that they said they would deliver. And no body wants to help to get this fixed, even the manager hung up on me. I didn't even order from this Lowe's, it was pawned off.

This would be a negative number review if it was possible.
I went to this Lowe’s four times to pay for the flooring installation and this was not resolved. The third time I was verbally told by the pro desk lady that the moisture problem was resolved with Legacy. The last time this was still in Lowe’s system. So there was no truth in the Lowe’s flooring process. They only rely on a third party flooring subcontractor.
Do not trust the Legacy
Floor installation company that Lowe’s partners with. . They will make up extra charges for their
Flooring installation. I have discussed moisture reading with several trusted contractors and they all said not to trust this company. Lowe’s did not provide
any assistance in getting this resolved. They have permanently lost a long time loyal retired military customer. I will let other veterans know about my recent experience with Lowe’s and their flooring subcontractors.

I went in and purchased a kitchen range and a washing machine yesterday, Thursday morning. The delivery was set for Saturday. I just got off the phone with their delivery department and was told that due to the weather, which was pretty much just Monday morning, my delivery won't arrive until Tuesday. Needless to say I was not happy. I asked if they could issue a credit to compensate for my inconvenience, maybe reduce or remove the $50 delivery fee. Nope, nothing they can do. I am a long time Lowe's customer and believe that doing absolutely nothing is unacceptable. Home Depot is right across the street and actually closer to me.
