So I just found out they don’t have a quality control in shipping and receiving area for lumber. This is not acceptable. Lumber costs are super high and I only accept the best quality for my customers. Natasha Williams was told the item is not in the store by the guy in appliances she went to 2 different departments harassing the workers 5 minutes before closing to find the item because she didn't believe the workers
