“This is our usual ACE. We have been there many times before. For the most part we can get what we came for, which generally includes a 40 lb bag of water softener salt. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, sometimes chatty and sometimes quiet. Since we almost always know what we want and where it is it is rarely necessary to talk to staff other than the cashier. Note that parking is dicey. Customers tend to drive and park like no one else exists, the sno-cone and propane areas take up far too much space, and the spaces are too small even though a lot of people drive big pickups and SUVs. Overall we are happy with this location but try to go at unpopular times because of the tight parking even in a big lot and at the far reaches.”

“Came in today in a hurry and needed a specific weed eater. Soon as I walk in Coi was right there as if waiting for me. I show him a picture and instantly he knows what I need. Helped me get it registered with Stihl. Then helped me find mixed gas on sale at that. I was in and out in 5-10 mins. If I had gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot it’d take me 10-15 mins just to find someone to help. 10/10 experience, thank you again Coi!”

I came in as I needed a tool that as far as I could tell isnt common and I hadent been able to find any where local. Up to this moment I could only find it online for around $50 with a few days shipping. I was close to ordering online but figured I would try here just as one last attempt. They had exactly the tool I needed on hand & it was less than half the online prices.

“I went there yesterday looking for an angle finder, saw that they had Johnson t bevels, went to Lowe’s bought the same thing for 14.99 , left it at home , went back to Schumann and bought another for 6.99. When I checked out it was 5.50 . Why did I even go to Lowe’s. They have really nice pro tools and also I think they have hard to find siding material like concrete siding shingle replacements.”

“Called the lamp shop today to see if they might be able to fix a pair of our old antique lamps. Harold answered the phone and said he was at the shop today & might be able to fix them while I waited. When I got their he looked at them and said they do not make these old sockets anymore, and he can't get them. So he can't repair the old lamp without replacing the whole top, which would have made the lamps look modern and not antique anymore. So he thought about it a minute and said, let me take it all apart and see if I can work on them and repair them and rewire it. He is a master knows what he is doing, two hours later he had repaired them both & rewired them for a fair price. Harold is awesome, you need a lamp repaired, he is the man!!! I will be back if I have any needs...”

“I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”
“I ran night shift in a powerplant here in Jacksonville almost 20 years ago , Anything we needed Brian got it to us I even saw him and his wife delivering tools to us one time around 2:00 in the morning. “I will say I’m beyond words on how this tool center runs. I rented a walk behind concrete saw from the Orange Park location. Please stay away from wells rd. As a contractor we spend almost 300k year with Home Depot. The blade orange park let the machine leave with wasn’t tight, was dull. They wanted me to take it all the way back to swap blade and everything. Well I couldn’t take it across town from the job site and leave 4 laborers behind and pay them to sit there. So I loaded it up and took it to the lem turner store. Mr John greeted us and said he’d be with us in a minute. I explained the situation to him and he was baffled in condition the saw left in from another store. We had to purchase a new blade outta pocket. But Mr John made a few phone calls and made it right. He changed the blade for us and verified everything else was good with it. We go back to the job site and got 5 feet cut and the saw took a dump. So we went back to lem turner and rented a handheld concrete saw. John made it right. And during the return to bring saw back Ms Jada was absolutely amazing. She was fast courteous and on point. She asks if there were any concerns about the equipment before it got re rented and she asked if she could assist us with anything else. Between John & Jada this Home Depot has landed my new tool rental from this point forward . Thank you John & Jada for going above and beyond with customer service skill.”
