Lisa is incredibly rude. They also do not explain the return policy to customers and will not compromise in anyway. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

So I just found out they don’t have a quality control in shipping and receiving area for lumber. This is not acceptable. Lumber costs are super high and I only accept the best quality for my customers. I’ll be willing to revert my review back to 5 stars if Lowe’s develops a quality control person when receiving lumber.

Natasha Williams was told the item is not in the store by the guy in appliances she went to 2 different departments harassing the workers 5 minutes before closing to find the item because she didn't believe the workers

Overall I enjoyed my store experience as a delivery partner, it was very easy to find everything. The man at the paint counter was very nice, and very helpful and was the first person to greet me in store. I was helped by another employee when looking for stencils that was very nice. However, my reason for giving 3 stars is solely because of the cashier at the customer service/returns check-out. She was on terminal 17, my visit was today 12/14/2024 @ 9:44AM. I would not consider what she gave to be customer service at all, I was met with disrespect, rudeness, and snappiness; she seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered, and that it was annoying to check me out because of the delivery partner steps. Even upon calling back to the store to speak to someone about my experience, and getting her on the phone she was again very rude and snappy. I was unable to get anybody helpful on the phone. It is the holiday season, lighten up a bit and don’t be so rude to customers or if you don’t want to be at work don’t go.

This is the worst box store to go if you are in business to do a phone sale after they get the credit card and it’s approved for the sale. They have to first get an approval code from the corporate office and if they can’t get through to your office, they will not let you take the merchandise, even though it’s paid for For the past two months I’ve spent over an hour at the pro desk with phone sales when I go to Home Depot In-N-Out in eight minutes every single time with the phone sale I will never come back to Lowe’s again if you are a contractor stay away from Lowe’s they are useless. They are only geared to the homeowner and they only geared for tools and lights that’s it

You have to spend so much time to get one thing done. You ask for help they go l Look for somebody else and they never come back. Big mistake don't shop there.

Dirtiest Lowe's I've ever seen. Terrible customer service. Force you to do self checkout, but only 2 of them actually open, so you have to wait in line. Just pathetic.
