Lowe’s Home Improvement in Jacksonville, FL, is a go-to destination for home improvement enthusiasts. The store offers a wide variety of gardening supplies, appliances, paint colors, and patio furniture. Customers appreciate the beautiful garden section with a large selection of indoor plants. However, many reviews highlight issues with customer service. Several shoppers have experienced difficulty finding employees to assist them, often leading to long waits at self-checkout stations. Some have noted that employees appeared unresponsive when help was requested. This lack of support has frustrated customers, particularly those with special needs or health concerns. While the store environment is generally admired for its aesthetics and product selection, there are concerns about pricing, with some customers feeling that certain items, like paint, are overpriced. Additionally, experiences with staff have varied, with some customers encountering slow service or unhelpful attitudes. Despite these challenges, there are positive mentions of individual employees who provided assistance, suggesting that while there are areas for improvement, there are also staff members who strive to offer good service. Overall, Lowe’s is recognized for its product range but could benefit from enhanced customer service and staffing levels to improve the shopping experience.
No registers open. All self-service only. Then they tell you you can't buy a gift card at the self-service registers. Stupid. It's all about cutting costs. At least home Depot has registers that are open. They will feel the pain when home Depot opens up down the street.
