We came in just looking and Jamarris showed us the selection then we landed on a primo mattress. We fell in love with the lift /mattress combo but weren't sure how to make it work financially. Jamarris pulled out all the stops to get things where we needed. When we needed that last nudge Demetrios (management) helped make the numbers work.
With all their knowledgeable advice and help we are loving our new mattress with lift assist. Makes our movie night a completely different experience.

Fortunate that when we entered the Mattress Firm on Roosevelt's door, in search of a mattress, that Rashada was there to welcome us. We tested a TempurMattress, considered options and purchased one that seemed ideal for us. Rashada is personable and , most importantly, knows mattresses! Wow. The mattress was delivered a couple days later and we were equally impressed with Gerald and Denzel who set up the mattress system and reiterated how to best use the mattress now that it was installed. We've enjoyed it for a couple weeks and are truly happy with our selection. Jake and Pam”

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”
