“When looking online for a hybrid mattress that I could actually go and lay on, I found that Mattress Firm was having a sale (and offering an additional 15% off sent to my email address). Jess was very helpful and patient. Got a great deal on a Dream Cloud Pressure Smart mattress which I love. Thank you!”

“Edit: sales person reached out. they will pick up my iteam free of charge. I appreciate her help. I will be shopping here again. Yours truly Barry. Sale person was excellent but the return policy is ridiculous. The company wants 150$ to return it. I will never buy from here again or recommend them to anybody.”

“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm Outlet, and a huge part of that was our salesperson, Geovanni. He was amazing from start to finish. He was never pushy, was quick to give us out-the-door numbers, and even recommended some cheaper options that he thought might work for us. You definitely don’t always see a salesperson willing to steer you toward spending less, and we really appreciated that. So far, we’re very happy with our purchase and feel like we got a great deal and excellent value. The delivery team was also fantastic. They were professional and even went above and beyond by helping my wife move another mattress while I was at work, which they certainly didn’t have to do. There was also a small mix-up with our order that delayed delivery by a day. Geovanni went out of his way to reach out personally and offered us something for the inconvenience. It ended up being an awesome pillow for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. It was a small gesture that said a lot about the level of customer service. Overall, this was a 5-star experience from the sales process through delivery. Highly recommend Geovanni and Mattress Firm Outlet to anyone in the market for a new mattress!”

“I just purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress set from Gabe at Mattress Warehouse and it was a great experience. My wife and I visited the store about a month ago and Gabe spent a lot of time walking us through the different types of mattresses and explaining the pros and cons of them. Of course we did some comparison shopping at some of the big stores but ended up back here because of Gabe’s thoroughness. We did a little more sleep testing and finalized on the Tempur-Pedic. It was a great experience and we were out in no time.”

“We had a really great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Anthony. He was super helpful and patient with us and let us try pretty much every mattress in the store without making us feel rushed or pressured. He also took the time to explain the Zero Gravity Sleep Stand and even shared his own experience using it and how it had helped him, which I thought was really helpful. He answered all of our questions and was genuinely kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We ended up finding a mattress we really liked, and a big part of that was because Anthony took the time to actually help us find what worked for us. Definitely recommend asking for Anthony if you go to Mattress Firm!”

“This bed is a game changer for us. We wanted an extra bed, but also need the room as an office. Marianne was great, showing us around and deciding on options. Delivery was within the estimated timeframe. The gentleman who delivered and set up the bed was great, anchored it to the wall, he did not leave a mess. We had no problems or issues. It is really worth the investment for us.”

“Both the salesman and manager were such great people. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but when I do it’s because of exceptional service. The salesman Hector knew the exact bed I wanted and told me to wait for them to bring it to the store one day so I could feel it even though I was about to buy another mattress. I felt this new mattress the next day and it was even better and for a great price. I bought it and the manager went out of his way to help deliver it to me. It seems like these people are really here to help you not just sell you a mattress. Highly recommend.”

“I have used this mattress company for the last 3 years and probably have ordered over 50 mattresses from them. I like that you deal with the owner and his family when you order and his word is his bond. The delivery staff has always been courteous and very concerned not to create any damage while delivering. The most impressive thing about this organization is they are always on the cutting edge of new technology in this industry.”

“Dan was amazing in our search for a new bed. His many years of experience and knowledge was comforting when feeling out different beds. There was no sales pitch or the feeling of being pushed into purchasing. Dan even gave a courtesy call a week later yo check how we were liking our new bed. I would recommend Dan and the team a million times over.”
