“I purchased a lift device for my new Strutt ev¹ chair and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. First of all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The installation was done very professionally by John who really knows his stuff, as he had to modify some lift points on the ev¹ prototype that I’ve been beta testing since January. The lift works flawlessly and will be a great help for my wife and I with not having to disassemble and reassemble the chair every time I want to go somewhere.
If you’re mobility challenged in anyway I highly recommend them for their kind and helpful way of doing business.”

“Great customer service for years now. I came in last week to pick up my machine vice having it delivered. Mrs. Brittany made the arrangements smooth and easy. The day of pick up came and I arrived to the facility and I was greeted and was told to have a seat in a room where my machine was already laid out for demonstration and packing.
Signed my papers and was off the gentleman that did my demonstration, I was told later that he was the owner!
He was ? cooler than a fan!

“Tony did a great job this week when I was sent home from the ER but missing a couple items as it was after hours and I needed a different machine, this was not the medical company’s fault but the hospital not putting in the correct orders. Tony kept in contact from the day he got the first order, then once my pulmonologist put in the correct orders he called right away (Thursday evening) to set up delivery. He came first thing this morning, at my request to give me my new POC, review all the equipment the ER sent, and set up my app for me, and even had a paper with reminders that he personally writes for his patients so they know when to change the tubing, clean filters, all the phone numbers including after hours for emergencies. Needless to say, he’s very thorough and cares about his patients he’s assigned to. Big thank you for getting to Tony for his help this week!”
