My mom was visiting from out of town. I had to go in there to get her supplies and the young lady behind the counter was horrible treated me like trash. She just had surgery so wasn’t mobile. I almost want to try and file a lawsuit.. do not go here. I support small business but not them. It was disgusting

Offer a large selection of handicap supplies that are reasonably priced and they are always willing to help

bad customer service. They filled me in incorrect amount of medicine. They did not even bother to look what kind of quantities dr. prescribed and how many they supposed to deliver.Also, they never call if the medicine is ready even though they mentioned they will call you. No notification, nothing. Pharmacy process is bad.
As of September 5th, 2022, Preston Pharmacy has been sold to Panama Drugs. As the Stiles family moves forward to different and exciting times in our lives...retirement (Marge), semi-retirement (Denise), and pressing on with the medical business (Tim), we thank you for your loyalty in business and friendship.
