I want to give a shoutout to Zahra, who helped me with my service because I was already frustrated before meeting her. She took the time to hear my problem and actually helped me. I usually have great service here whenever I need to pop in the store if I need to go in person.

Lied and told me I was buying a 2023 phone ...couldn't find a case in store or on Amazon so I checked each year for a case and found out it was yr 2020 phone..he just put it in a 2023 box. Con Artist...I went in to get a earlier model phone and came out with one older than I already had

Awful experience. Gaslighting bully lied to me about how much a phone would be, sold me the phone I didn't want for as much as the one I DID want would have been, added a line when I EXPLICITLY said I didn't want another line, and refused to give me a receipt besides the one he ran for my credit card. I've been a Metro customer for years, but am seriously considering leaving because of how bad this ordeal was. When confronted about why he was charging me more for the phone than he originally said it would be, I asked him why it wasn't the price he said, he loudly said "Who told you that? Me? I didn't tell you that!" And he refused to take people behind me in line trying to pay their phone bills and such to build a sense of pressure to force me into a phone I did not want for a price I did not agree on. I work in customer service and everyone has a bad day, but I could never imagine treating anyone that way. Straight up lied to me and I felt violated when I left.

Great man working behind the counter. My fiancee and I walked in and got 2 new phones with new service no problem. Glad we made that decision.
