Today I walked in to buy a new line, with my own device, while I’m consulting the girl who was taking care of me ,a guy entered the store asking is it going to be to long? And he said because I’m in a rush do you mind to the metro pcs assistant, without even asking me she started to take care of him and left me hanging, I was going to buy 4 lines, oh well darling good luck to you and your wrong sorry customer service. I simply left because I was in a rush to but I got there first. I hope they get rid of her.

Don't have certain phone in stocks but trying to sell them. No one ever answers the phone. Employees not educated on any products and barely know their job.

I went into that store there was one customer in front of me. Guy working said he would be with me in about 20 minutes. I left and I think I'm going to leave Metro permanently. It seems like all their stores have really terrible customer service.

Do not go to this location. They lie! I asked for a line to be added to my family plan, and the manager, who helped me, did everything opposite. She said that she couldn't add a line to my plan and that this would have to be a plan on its own and to come back in 30 days to have the number added to my plan. We'll after calling Metro themselves, they said that there was no reason for them to do that. I called back and was laughed at and she refused to give me her supervisors contact information. Now, I am waiting to hear back from a person that will probably not call me back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Update Monday April 8th - absolutely ZERO HELP!! Juan went to this actual store, as we did last week. Apparently Will was too busy with other customers who seemed to need more help and although he called DSG, he wasn’t of much help at all. He called DSG department and left us to our own devices and continued to help other customers who just needed or wanted new contracts/sign ups. This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand metro is what it is but what is the point of customer service and their assistance if we literally have none?! What a joke!I will continue to leave negative reviews and complain until I get my issues resolved!!Update as of April 6, 2024. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from this store & since the day after my visit, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I’ve attempted to call other stores to verify this # and since they are not affiliated, I get no where.Metro (behind the scenes) messed up my entire bill & plan. They moved me from an already paid $40 plan to a $15 (with the intention of lowering the price, not the calls/data). They have now charged me a prorated amount for the last few days of the month, which I already paid for in the beginning of my months bill (March 2nd) AND the bill is back to $40 for the new month, after being told they’d lower it to $15 for the inconveniences.I need to speak with Will from this store because he was the only person who spoke with the DSG department & no one else has given me the time to understand & rectify the problems they’ve caused me.I’ve called metro and was on the phone with a supervisor who literally did nothing to help and ultimately hanging up on me after more than 2 hrs on that call.I am so extremely frustrated & just need help but no one is willing or able to get ahold of!My experience was much better than expected - Will was awesome, from the second he greeted me! He, along with a couple of other departments (behind the scenes), made my horrible experience of getting my phone/wallet stolen so much better & easier to get through.Thank you so much, I’m so happy that I was in the area, closest to your store - I had the pleasure of getting help from someone very willing and able & unfortunately, it is very rare nowadays.
