I was trying to pay my phone bill. and when I did I payed for it but. They put one number off and u gave in exact details slowly each number of my phone number so I could pay for my bill and when I call they never answer. they payed for the wrong phone bill and now I have no calls available.

Went in for trouble shooting. Employee was too into his phone and uninterested in helping me if i wasnt trying to upgrade my device. Never again!

Very disappointed! Went to purchase a phone & upgrade said $159. He said $300 because of taxes, a charger etc. Offended & insult to my intelligence. Unacceptable when I already have an account. How dare you try to get over on people like this & negotiate a set price. Will spend my hard earned money at another location. If possible I suggest everyone do the same!

Everything was terrible. From the moment I entered from the moment we left the store. We even called the Store phone number multiple times and no answer. There was no customer service from the Representative at the store. I explained to Representative my issues and he would not even try to help what so ever. He was just on FaceTime and was careless I did not get greeted the guy who works here should not work here with the customer service I received. This is not the first time I experience this customer service.Never again I’ll make sure not to come back to this metro EVER!!

The worst Metropcmess store on the planet. There is 2 spanish female employees that give a bad reputation. I had a phone that stopped working & had to buy another phone. The rep didn't add my insurance plan back on the new phone. Horrible experience & customer to a USMC Disabled Veteran.
