Would give a zero if possible. Broke my phone and was told I couldn’t switch to an old phone I had previously used from Metro because it wasn't brand new ???

I was trying to pay my phone bill. and when I did I payed for it but. They put one number off and u gave in exact details slowly each number of my phone number so I could pay for my bill and when I call they never answer. they payed for the wrong phone bill and now I have no calls available.

Went in for trouble shooting. Employee was too into his phone and uninterested in helping me if i wasnt trying to upgrade my device. Never again!
