They barely have anything in the store. Looks like they're ready to close this location down. All their phones they have left are basic and worthless. Not worth going to this location

This store used to have professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff, not sure of what happened but if this is the best it has to offer, they need to either close or do a clean sweep and rehire.
The staff was very young, unprofessional and acted as if they didn't care about customer service, almost as if you were interfering with their day.
No one greets you when you enter the store, they just stand there and only offer assistance when YOU approach them.
They over talk you, don't listen and are not receptive to customer needs.
I was there years ago and there has been a very drastic decline.
Will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would.

We went in to see if they could troubleshoot my son's phone issue. Within 3 minutes, Kalei had inspected, diagnosed, and fixed my son's SIM card issue. Impressive!

I expected more of a professional and courteous experience from this store since it’s deemed as Corporate. However the African American lady with the dreads needs to go through customer service training 101. If I could give this store a 0 star I would. She didn’t want to let me tell her what I needed, her attitude was short, she was on the phone while trying to service me and because she was preoccupied on her personal call she didn’t take the time to listen to my needs. I will not be back to this store that I drove from 103rd Street to visit.

Make sure you ask about the features they add on your plan.
I trusted the salesman (1st mistake), when he said if I switch numbers, I'd get a "free phone" and "free Amazon Prime."
When I got my $87 bill, I immediately called and found out Prime wasn't free.
Even after cancelling my Prime account, the very next day I get a "Welcome to Prime" email.
The person at this store basically took it upon themselves to add it back on I guess since he didn't want to lose his incentive.
That is the literal definition of fraud!
Another thing, T-Mobile themselves confirmed they no longer have a corporate store, so don't believe them when they say that's their "corporate" office.

Today I went to Metro PCS off Philips Hwy and Kalei assisted me. He was kind, funny and professional. He was great and I highly recommend his service. This was a great experience, thank you!

Philips Hwy location, (near Baymeadows), service is horrible! How many times has the kiosk inside been "broken" and the outside one "wouldn't give change", so customers are forced to be helped by rude staff that charges extra at the register? I called and complained with the promise they would call back........still waiting on that call.

Naj as well as Amanda was so helpful we had purchased a phone online and it was locked. There were able to get his phone all squared away. So thankful for them.
