This place is great I highly recommend it I came in here with some issues with my phone that I bought and they were able to spend quality time and fix the issue my wife and I always get our phones here.The service is really good there's a variety of helpers.

Tevin was Great explaining my warranty. Alonjra was Awesome, keeping my spirits up.I was a mess. And my super hero Richard so knowledgeable help me with it all.I am happy see diversity in a store everything comes together.I am a Metro Customer for life.Give them recognition.

I really hate that Adriana isn’t working here anymore. It literally ruined my entire day. Faithfully every time I walk in here, the girl Pashun has a nasty attitude. I came in a few days ago with questions and Pashun just seemed irritated almost as if she did not want to be at work this particular day. It definitely was not the first time I’ve dealt with Pashun and her nasty attitude. The worst thing this store could have done was letting Adriana go to another company. Her level of patience and people skills are top tier. She was the reason my family and I continued to come to this location. After corporate left Adriana was the best thing in this store. She is literally a breath of fresh air. I heard she is now at a T-mobile and I am definitely looking to go see her along with my family of 4 just as soon as I find out exactly where Adriana is located. She made a huge imprint on me and it means a lot when a complete stranger shows the compassion this girl showed when I’m spending my money! Metro may have good plans but I am all about the way people talk to me and treat me and Pashun and her attitude definitely is not it. If I ever have to go back to this I will not be dealing with Pashun. She also lied about some items that I purchased saying that they came with my phone but I was very well charged for them and I do not appreciate when people get over on me just to make a sale. If I could give no stars I would… when Adriana left, the customer service also left and that’s major to me as a paying customer!

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time at this location....Went to this location in October 21st my son got a phone and paid for the plan he was not able to add his old phone to his plan and they would not allowed him to use his old phone and get a new line. An hour or so after we left the location he decided he wanted to stay on his dad's plan. I returned to the location to get a refund and was denied. I call 611 and spoke with a supervisor and was instructed to return to the location and they had to honor the money back guarantee. I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff at this location. I was told if I do not want the service I need not to pay the bill next month. After several attempts at having Myra a supervisor from 611 speak to the associates at the location I was told to return Monday and the supervisor "will handle me" when I come back. I simply just want my 15 year old son to get his money returned to him. Pashun, vee and the other girl in the store that day were rolling their eyes scoffing and looking at TikTok on their phones as I was on the phone with 611 and the supervisor Myra from 611 was trying to speak to her. Pashun was very rude not only to myself and my son but also to Metro Customer service staff. Myra filed a report on behalf of myself and my son about how we were treated by the staff at this location.

Adriana is THE most amazing employee I have ever dealt with!! She demonstrated extreme patience with helping my husband and I with our phones, plans and other devices. She was very supportive and understanding about our concerns as we have special needs sons. We had unusual questions pertaining to our needs. My husband is a disabled veteran and due to his injuries, he requires repetition and gestural prompting to understand certain topics. She exemplified all of the characteristics of someone with professionalism, knowledge and understanding. I highly recommend speaking with her should you have the need to go in a MetroPCS store. Clearly, she has upper management skills. She is a breath of fresh air to speak to considering our apathetic and hurried climate.

After over an hour they could not help me solve the issue I came in for. My sons phone won't call out. They made me buy a sim card that didn't work and I couldn't get my money back. They were extremely casual...I find this store unhelpful everytime.

Adriana and her team are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to get my kids and I situated and she even stayed past her shift to make sure we were sent home with what we wanted, working, and had no questions! I will definitely come back and recommend Adriana’s store to all my friends!

Everyday I call and no on answer , and the staff is rude . Metro claims they have smart watches they do not . Go to Verizon and get the watch and plan for 30$ just for 6 months . Imma drop metro and report them to better Business bureau p also I'm very sure corporate your lack of responsibility and falseadvertisement. You don't even deserve a star

I needed an upgrade "2 yrs" before I arrived at the store. I was helped by Jean Sanchez while store was loaded an hour to close....great attitude, professional and fast. Awesome!
