I'm disabled and there was a very helpful young lady who went and got my stuff I needed. She even found me a chair while i waited. I forgot to get her name but she was great. All the employees are very helpful. It's nice going in the store the employees are friendly and they don't act like you're an inconvenience.

Michelle is really great at this Michael's Store. She goes the extra mile for customers. She is thoughtful, courteous, and very hard working. She deserves a raise :)
