I got some Pokemon cards for my daughters and the gentleman who helped me gave my kids some Pokemon coloring books great experience and I highly recommend this shop! “This is the most polite people in the shop I cam in for my charging cord because it wasn't charging my battery's and they did a test and it took a little bit to get checked and the battery's was all good then they gave me a new charging cord with no charg but a warranty on it it made me happy and u guys are the best and the most coolest rc shop of all thnk u for helping I will be getting another rc soon one day thnk u so much for helping hopefully u get more sells and more people.Ps: ur the best”

He was accommodating with our schedule and spent over one hour allowing my son to explore this unique store before making his first Toy Solider purchase. “The service that I received at Michael's was excellent. I went there the other day the frame manager Michelle helped me with a project that I'm working on. I am trying to make a chunky blanket and couldn't seem to follow the YouTube video very well she took her time and worked with me. She also had some patterns for me to use And helped me with some yarn selection for future chunky blankets. Plus, Michelle told me that if I had any questions, I was welcome to call her and welcome to come back for her assistance. I can't believe how kind and welcoming she was and how helpful she was if I could, I would give her a raise, but I'm not the manager or corporate, in addition, she also let me make a little videotape for myself on my cell phone so I could remind myself how she made the chunky blanket. It was spectacular and I will be going back there again to look for some more yarn. Thanks to Michelle. What a wonderful experience as a customer, she is so helpful and so interested in what she's doing. So unlike my retail experience, sometimes going into other stores, we have a lot to learn about how to work with and help people. Thank you again to Michael's and a big thank you and a virtual hug to Michelle who helps solve my problemand made my day honestly. Kind regards to you all.”

He didn't make us feel uncomfortable by watching us like hawks. People complain about prices., how else would these stores stay open if they sell at comp prices. We will definitely be back.”
