“On our first visit for Pokemon trading cards, we were greeted at the door with a warm inviting welcome ? The store is very organized and maintained. The selection was top notch and we found more than what we bargained for! The lighting inside a few of the display cases could be brighter to make it easier to see the details of each card. With about 5 minutes to closing they remained helpful and enthusiastic about completing our purchase at checkout! Looking forward to our next visit ?”

“The service that I received at Michael's was excellent. I went there the other day the frame manager Michelle helped me with a project that I'm working on. I am trying to make a chunky blanket and couldn't seem to follow the YouTube video very well she took her time and worked with me. She also had some patterns for me to use And helped me with some yarn selection for future chunky blankets. Plus, Michelle told me that if I had any questions, I was welcome to call her and welcome to come back for her assistance. I can't believe how kind and welcoming she was and how helpful she was if I could, I would give her a raise, but I'm not the manager or corporate, in addition, she also let me make a little videotape for myself on my cell phone so I could remind myself how she made the chunky blanket. It was spectacular and I will be going back there again to look for some more yarn. Thanks to Michelle. What a wonderful experience as a customer, she is so helpful and so interested in what she's doing. So unlike my retail experience, sometimes going into other stores, we have a lot to learn about how to work with and help people. Thank you again to Michael's and a big thank you and a virtual hug to Michelle who helps solve my problemand made my day honestly. Kind regards to you all.”
“This place is the best. They are extremely friendly, They will do whatever they can to help a customer find what they are looking for even if they don't have it they will ask the other locations. They have been 100% GREAT everytime I enter inside their store. Cat is the Store Manager and she goes way above and beyond, always having my comics ready when I walk in the door. Tony and Conner are great always knowledgeable in everything nerd. I will always get my books from Coliseum.”

“I bought two beautiful unframed canvas on Amazon and thought I could frame it myself. Well trying to mat the canvas was not easy and sadly I couldn't afford to have it professionally done. I went into Michaels to find a mat and/or frame for my piece. I was able to find some beautiful bronze frame in the exact size I needed and the best part is that it was less than 50% off. I got two frames for less than the price of one. What a great deal.”

“When you can't find what you're looking for, it's frustrating. We've all been there. Asking for assistance is another level some of us resist until it's our only option. Having an employee make you feel good about asking for help, priceless! This was my experience. I knew where the art craft section is and I have explored it many times. However, I couldn't find the easels. Not only did the employee tell me where they located, she asked me kindly to wait a brief minute and walked me to the location, checked store stock and even another store's inventory to make sure I was completely ready for a big event the following day. Thanks again for putting service back in customer service.”
