Michaels offers everything to create anything, with expansive craft assortments including popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral, and craft machines. It also provides party supplies like balloon inflation and decorations. The store inspires creativity with interesting stock and competitive prices, giving shoppers many ideas. However, some reviews note that the shopping carts can be in poor condition and suggest hiring more cashiers during busy holidays to avoid long lines. While the self-checkout option speeds things up, customer service experiences can vary, with some staff providing very helpful and tailored guidance.
Overall is a good store, not a lot of staff if you need to find something, but the girls on the register will help you if you ask

Great staff, wonderful framing department! They had the best suggestions as to what frames and mats and did a super job!

I love going to Michael's! I already have several hobbies but, wandering through Michaels is an adult version of a kid in a candy store. All the possibilities! The staff that I encountered were upbeat and very helpful.
