Michaels is a one-stop shop for crafts, gifts, décor, and party supplies for holidays like Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, and New Year's. It offers an expansive assortment of art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral items, and craft machines. The store provides professional framing services with a helpful staff and a wide range of frame colors and designs, including treatments for valuable paintings. However, some customers note that service can be inconsistent, mentioning encounters with seemingly annoyed staff and a shift to only self-checkout options, which some find disappointing.
Always a pleasant experience at the this store! Spencer was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! She displayed the kind of Customer Service that is difficult to find in the world today!
