“EPIC SERVICE should be in their name! From the very beginning, every contact, question and quote has been outstanding. We are a very small client so I was not expecting a great deal of attention. However, they proved me wrong. The salesperson was quick, responsive and professional. The way EPIC structures their contracts is easy and they were the lowest cost for our needs. I even compared them against buying a small desktop HP which had no where near the features of the EPIC larger copier. You would think the HP would be much less, however, when you calculate the cost of the toner over a 3 year period, EPIC's large machine came in most affordable.The installation was flawless. They helped remove the old copier and took it to its final resting place. Our previous copier company was no help at all. I would highly recommend EPIC for your copier needs!”

“I was looking for a 2 drawer lateral filing cabinet for home. The new ones are super expensive. I decided to give Budget Office Interiors a try. It worked out great. The man at the front desk took us directly to where they had those filing cabinets. We found one that was in good shape and met our needs. The price he quoted was reasonable and then gave us a cash discount. They took it downstairs, put a new lock in it, and loaded it into our car. The next time I need something similar I will go back.”

“Officemax is the closest office supply store to my home. I've shopped here mainly for printer ink and paper over the past several years. On my last trip, I needed black ink for my HP printer. I found it pretty quickly and headed for the checkout. Checkout took about 15 minutes. It seems everyone had the same idea as me at the same time, lol. The associate was friendly and got me out the door as fast as he could. The ink, with tax, cost roughly $25. Officemax has a competitive price on ink. If it's listed cheaper on their website, show the cashier, and they will adjust the price. This location also offers printing services for larger projects. I'll continue to shop her for my personal printing needs.”

“Super thrilled with Aztec, they are our hero. We are not local to Florida and found them on the internet. Their postings were very informative and so I called them with our printer problem. Sure enough I got connected to James. He right away took ownership of the problem and spent quite some time trouble shooting with me. After a while, the conversation turned to a replacement printer but I was adamant that we really needed the same type of printer. Again, without hesitation and understanding our printing needs he said he could probably get his hands on the same type of printer that I could buy as a replacement. He said he would call me back. I was cautiously optimistic. Sure enough he followed thru and was able to source the printer I needed. Without hesitation we purchased it. Paid quite a bit for shipping since we are on the west coast but it was worth it. Credit to James and his team who took the time to help without the expectation of getting paid anything. Such customer service does seem to exist anymore except for at Aztec. If you have any type of printer need and not sure where to turn, do not hesitate to reach out to these guys. You will save yourself a lot of grief!”

“What a fabulous company! We have digital dictation/transcription equipment and could not find a local service provider. By chance, we contacted Central Voice who quickly addressed all of our issues, including securing remote access for transcription of dictation. Their representatives were patient, very professional, and most helpful in our selection process and in the installation of the software on all of our devices. “I believe that this is the corporate HQ of the Pilot Pen Corporation and their fountain pen repair center. I had an opportunity to work with Ms. Shelia Redman. She helped me analyze the repair needs of my Vanishing appoint Decimo pen. Ms. Redman did remind me that due to the pandemic, repair technicians and office personal were working ??????????????? at a shorter time frame. Considering the health issues and shortened staff, turnaround time from receipt of my two pens was less then 14 days. Phenomenal!!!!!! Pilot Pen Corporation and Ms. Redman's quick communication both over the phone and e-mail was fantastic. Because of her quality and communication to me, I am totally sold on the pens. (I own over 20 Pilot / Vanishing Point pens.) I have 100% confidence in the corporation - the personnel and repair staff, and the administration personnel. One final comment.
