Patrick met us on the first day and was amazing, helpful, attentive, never felt pressured to purchase in exchange for his time. He even ordered two chairs for us that they didn't have available in the showroom for me to try a week later. Although I ended up not purchasing a chair here, I blame my picky back for that, I almost wish I needed more office furniture so I could give them my business.
