We came in just looking and Jamarris showed us the selection then we landed on a primo mattress. We fell in love with the lift /mattress combo but weren't sure how to make it work financially. Jamarris pulled out all the stops to get things where we needed. When we needed that last nudge Demetrios (management) helped make the numbers work.
With all their knowledgeable advice and help we are loving our new mattress with lift assist. Makes our movie night a completely different experience.

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”
“I just had to take a moment and say what an Amazing experience I had here. I initially was going to order a new mattress for my brother online. Then on my way home from work I decided to stop in the store. Angie greeted me immediately! She asked what my needs were. After I explained my situation, she showed me multiple mattress options. “I had ordered a Marlee white dresser from my local furniture outlet store and decided to go back and order the matching chest. Unfortunately, my local store was not able to fulfil the order, so I started looking online.
I came across Jax Mattress and took a chance of contacting them to see if they would be able to order and deliver to another city in the state. I live approximately 3 hours from Jacksonville and fortunately, delivery was an option at a reasonable price. I noticed that Jax Mattress had fabulous prices on their furniture. The chest was lower than what I would have paid IF my local store was able to order. The purchase price and delivery provided savings all around.
Obtaining an actual arrival/delivery date couldn’t be confirmed since the chest was coming from the west coast. I knew from previous experience that it would take 6-8 weeks (and then some) before the chest would arrive. Unfortunately, we were in the start of the hurricane season which also caused a slight delay.
Todd delivered the chest today, 10/30/24 (early morning) in perfect condition. Communication was also a key factor. Todd, (and Brad), were always polite and receptive when I would call for a status and very quick responding to text messages.”
