“This experience buying my Purple mattress from Mattress Firm and having Joel as my salesperson had been the easiest and best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Shopping for a mattress to me is like going to the dentist! Ugggg. It’s always a horrible experience but this time is was SOOOO EASY AND SOOOO PLEASANT! I have never spent that kind of money on a mattress before but years of suffering with hot flashes will make you pay anything to have relief. I choose the Purple Hybrid 4 and then realized a newer model came out as soon as I made the purchase. I called Joel and he said just to take it and try it for 120 days and if I still want to switch we can do it then. So I agreed and decided while I loved this bed I wanted the cooling feature the newer one had. He made this exchange so EASY and so PLEASANT! I didn’t even have to lift a finger. More companies should treat their customers as well as Mattress Firm. And more employees should be as helpful and customer focused as Joel. I will buy from here over and over again and refer all my friends. Thank you for doing it RIGHT!!”
