We came in just looking and Jamarris showed us the selection then we landed on a primo mattress. We fell in love with the lift /mattress combo but weren't sure how to make it work financially. Jamarris pulled out all the stops to get things where we needed. When we needed that last nudge Demetrios (management) helped make the numbers work.
With all their knowledgeable advice and help we are loving our new mattress with lift assist. Makes our movie night a completely different experience.

Fortunate that when we entered the Mattress Firm on Roosevelt's door, in search of a mattress, that Rashada was there to welcome us. We tested a TempurMattress, considered options and purchased one that seemed ideal for us. Rashada is personable and , most importantly, knows mattresses! Wow. The mattress was delivered a couple days later and we were equally impressed with Gerald and Denzel who set up the mattress system and reiterated how to best use the mattress now that it was installed. We've enjoyed it for a couple weeks and are truly happy with our selection. Jake and Pam”

“We worked with Ron Boucher at Paradise Grills on Philips Highway and had a genuinely great experience. He knows the product line extremely well and took the time to walk us through different outdoor kitchen setups without any pressure or sales pitch energy.
What stood out was how practical his approach was—he wasn’t just pointing at displays, he was helping us think through layout, flow, and how we’d actually use the space day to day. He answered questions directly, was transparent about options, and made the whole process feel easy instead of overwhelming.

“We knew a little about Sleep Number from the internet & friends who own one. We were lucky to have Scotty as our salesman. He is very familiar with the product line and answered all of our questions. Scotty never advised us to purchase the most expensive bed. He encouraged us to try out all the beds and explained the differences. He explained that all of the beds were 20 beds in one and that all of them are high quality. We purchased the P6 (highly rated by Consumer Reports). We can't wait for our delivery since our current bed is horrible!”

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”
