There was an issue with the quality of the product I ordered so someone called me personally before they shipped it out. Asked if it was OK to send the product or if I wanted something different and even adjusted the price to reflect the casing scratches that caused the quality downgrade. I accepted the offer to still receive my PC. When it arrived, I was impressed with the way it looked. No visible damage that would have turned me away at all.
