I called into OneCall for my elderly coworker who needed help with an MRI. Mr.Josh was very helping. The call was clear, quick & sufficient . I wasn’t put on hold forever like most companies do.

Remember to park at the garage on the north side of Prudential Drive (not P3) if you are driving to the One Call building. Grab a ticket from the left side entrance gate and validate it when you check-in to your appointment inside.
