Update: After picking up my brand-new bike, it dislodged from my bike rack at 65 mph on Rt 1 — I watched horror in my rearview mirror as my new bike bounced down the highway. The rims were bent and a few other parts damaged. I called Open Road right away, and even though it was near closing time, they told me to bring it in the next day and they’d take care of it.
I dropped it off Sunday afternoon, and by 11 AM Monday, Brian called to say he was able to fix almost everything — and what he couldn’t, he replaced at his cost. No charge for labor or anything.
Major props to Brian for going above and beyond — this is the kind of service that earns lifelong customers. Highly recommend Open Road Bicycles if you’re looking for top-notch service and people who truly care.

My husband damaged the valve stem on his bike over the weekend.
We took the bike up to Open Road Bicycles on CR210 and in less than 4 hours we were picking the bike back up. The work was excellent and they proved their commitment to doing great reliable work at a fair price.

Not too many bike shops are as welcoming as this one, I instantly felt comfortable. Excellent service, professional staff, and great price structure. I wouldn’t recommend going to any other shop for repairs, consults, or even getting a new bike. Beyond impressed

Great experience with this store. Had new cheap Chinese eBike that I bought on Amazon and the directions they sent with it seemed like must’ve been for several different versions of bike. Open Road Bicycles helped with the last bit of assembly which made the whole thing work as it should.

Picked up a brand new bike and Brian was kind enough to take the bike to my car to see if it will fit inside the car. Brian is knowledgeable and patient with finding the right helmet, bike tracker and lights for the bike. I highly recommend potential customer to this establishment.
