The fish all looked healthy and well cared for, and if that wasn't enough, the workers were super nice, polite, and knowledgeable. I have found this little gem and they have a customer in me for life...”
“Looks can be deceiving. This is a fantastic little feed store. Excellent selection and pricing on gardening supplies. Lots of vegetables and herbs for the same price, or cheaper, as the big garden centers. Cheap pots & great potting soil. Employees that take pride in the products they offer. Someone's always willing to help you to the car. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask. There's a good chance there's some in the back. Bunnies for $25 (vs. $100+ at pet stores). Parrot food, dog food, chicks, pest control, flea treatments, you never know what you may find”

People are so much nicer here without the attitude I get on Southside.might have to drive out to the Beaches from now on, and they know there stuff why better than to try and sell me something that would of broken my robot. Yes they take coupons. Southside don't and won't take them and are very nasty about it.”

“This place seriously has everything. We are hatching chicks for the first time and needed some supplies for our brooder. I honestly had no idea what I needed. Upon arriving, I was immediately assisted by the owner and they gave me everything I needed to make sure these chicks were comfortable, along with some other advice to help us out! While I was there, I picked up some pig ears for our pups. They are all natural and made in the US. The pups 100% approve and recommend! Thanks for all of your help. We will definitely bring our business here from now on.Side note, We haven’t built our brooder yet, but I thought I’d throw in a picture of the eggs for fun!”
“Great staff and super helpful with any pet related needs. The only downside is that there’s NEVER enough cat stuff! This is definitely more of a dog store than anything. A common theme with pet stores sadly?please have more than 2-3 cat products such as the cleaning items out at a time it’s so hard to get certain items as they’re never in stock it feels. Also, majority of toys have catnip already in them so it’s hard to shop for kitten items that do not contain it as there’s very little choices.”
“My dog has been throwing up for 3 days every night. I went to Pet Supermarket to buy some canned chicken and rice. A girl asked if I needed any help. She recommended broth instead. My dog did not throw up last night and I slept through the night. Thank you”

“My experience today was phenomenal . The owner and Naomi were so so kind .i seriously wanted to give him a bear hug but didn’t wanna scare him so I refrained. I gave him the nick name PJ (pop jr) since he doesn’t look old enough to be the pop at the mom and pop business . He was so knowledgeable about the food my puppies need and what would fit my budget .(which is an extremely tight one ) they were both so patient . I’ was on my way into my usual pet store but I’m so glad I decided to take a detour today . I have found a place I can trust and also feel welcomed to. Honestly they give a family kind of vibe .. support our local business at earth pets!”
“I have been coming here for over 25 years, and the staff is super friendly and helpful with anything pet related. Best prices on toys, pet foods, and other supplies anywhere. It's much better than a large chain store and more knowledgeable, too. “Me and others in my family have been taking our dogs here for many years including their past location. Jared is great with the dogs and is very good about making them feel calm when they are nervous. I'm always happy with the results and the prices are more than fair. I don't get the complaints about the high prices. Their bills have to get paid and for a wash, cut and nails trimmed, it still costs less than what women pay just to have their nails done at a nail salon.”
“Marco is a groomer and trainer at Petsmart. While I haven’t used his training services, I did get my dog groomed by him yesterday. 10/10 experience! Marco has a calm demeanor, which I appreciate with my German Shepard pup! Zubi (my dog) seemed comfortable with him when I came to pick up. Zubi also looked and smelled great! Nails trimmed perfectly. I have never had a bad experience with this PetSmart, except for the fact they cannot keep a certain bone in stock lol people in my area most really love the multi-bone pack. All of the employees are super nice and very helpful.”

“I used the self service premium dog wash, and purchased some medicated wash for my rottweiler Nala. However, I did still use their products as well and let me tell you, it smells soooooo good. I can't remember the name, I believe the face wash was blue berry or something. The bath was easily accessible and the employees were fantastic. My kids enjoyed getting splashed with water every time my dog would shake LOL. I definitely recommend this place. They have a huge selection of pet supplies as well, with very affordable prices. I paid $52 for the bath, their products that came with the bath, medicated shampoo, 2 bags of treats, and other individual treats for my pup. I'd say that's a win! I will most definitely be back again!”
“We took our Husky to the PetSmart on San Jose, where Mel did a great job with the bath, teeth cleaning, and nail trim. The only issue was that his paw pads weren’t trimmed—she said he laid down and wouldn’t let her, though he usually lets us do it that way. They did give us a discount, so it only cost $58, and we tipped $20.
After a bad experience at Dog Town USA, this was much better, and our pup seemed happy. Plus, the whole visit only took two hours after dropping him off at 7 a.m.
Overall I'd say this is the best groomer in Mandarin so far out of the 4 that I've tried. I'd highly recommend Mel and this Petsmart!”
“This is one of my favorite places to take my dog for a wash. They provide oatmeal shampoo and also conditioner. It's hard to find a dog wash place that provides the conditioner. Also, the staff is always friendly.”

I don't know what she does to her teeth but her breath smells so good for days after. I try to brush them but she still has bad breath. I am going to have to ask her on my next appointment what she uses.”

“I had an issue with my dogs medical prescription. When I ordered through the PetSmart app I put down that I wanted to renew her prescription. When it arrived there was only one pill instead of the 31 that it was supposed to be. I called the store and a gentleman named Tai (Ty) answer the phone and ask what he can help me with and I explained to my dilemma. Tai stayed on the phone with me and tried to fix the situation and it took just 3 minutes under 1 hour. He never showed any frustration he never tried to put me off the entire time he was very sympathetic to my problem, trying to get my dog's life-sustaining prescription filled. I am so appreciative of that because this is my family member that we're talking about not just a dog. His kindness is so appreciated and it says volumes about the type of person that is working at PetSmart. I will always remember to do business with PetSmart although they need to fix their app so that it is more people friendly. In the end he was able to get my prescription turned in and he gave me enough points to pay for the prescription and refunded the additional postage that I had already paid for just one pill.”
