The pharmacy tech at this store is very unpleasant, unhelpful and uncaring. It is clear she does NOT want to assist clients with their needs. She makes it well known that it is not HER responsibility to provide assistance to the patrons of this pharmacy. The only advise she wants to give is to refer to the website. The website cannot provide HIPPA information as to what series of medications or vaccinations have been given.

The Young Lady/Cashier @ The Pharmacy Counter is extremely rude and just looks so unhappy to be working there.We love our Town Center Store but will Get Our prescription drugs else where..

I love the pharmacy at Publix! It's the same great service I get at Publix Grocery Stores. I've gone to Walgreens and CVS and they were rude, unhelpful, and didn't know what they were doing. I don't know why anybody would go to another pharmacy.

I go to this Publix all the time and have friendly cashiers I can have a quick chat with to help us both get through the day, but that wasn't the case with cashier Rebekah. I had so many conversation starters that I gave her to work with and all I got was eye rolls from this individual. She was impatient when I counted out my money as well as ignored me when I told her I was appreciative of her patience with me since I had paid in cash and felt like an inconvenience. Lastly, I wished her a great day and gave her a big smile as this ended up being ignored as well. Not sure how she has been with the company since 2019 with that attitude.

Whatever females were on the phone were snobby and were just not helpful at all. The most simplest question as to if they had a medication in stock before I have my doctor transfer my medication was asked and they said they cannot tell me over the phone. All attitude and just drove me away to not fill with them ever. Please get your medications elsewhere.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. This particular Publix is located in a decent sized shopping plaza on the southside of Jacksonville, Florida. It has a cool enough ambiance and was enjoyable enough to shop. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars for a great experience.

I shopped at your location this evening. It was very clean and well stocked. The produce department is fantastic! Nothing I looked at was expired and the produce employee that set up this avocado display gets an A+. Very Impressive!

Needs to maintain Higi machine if you are going to have it on premises. You have to press a ridiculous amount of times for each screen to work. I have requested Higi service the machine but no one seems to care.

Prescription never ready or started when I go to pick it up. Always have to come back and end up waiting twice as long as they say it will take.

I was shopping an Instacart order at this location last month, and at the end of the order I went to pick up some sub sandwiches from the deli. They were gone and I later discovered from the customer that this order had already been shopped by another Instacart employee who had never shown up to deliver it (presumably they stole the groceries). This caused some confusion in the deli since they had already prepared the order but it was no longer there. However, Eric the deli manager prioritized my order and quickly remade it for me despite the fact his department was already busy. He was very kind and personable and gave fantastic service!
