For some reason every single time I go to prepaid pick-up I’m standing at the pickup counter while the people working just stand there doing nothing… at least they are consistent at turning a 5 second interaction into 5 minutes

Love the staff here. Lucky to live so close to this one. Never really had an issue here other than my script being misplaced one time. They were very diligent in looking for it. The issue was ultimately remedied and have not had any other issues.
