About Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Baymeadows
Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Baymeadows is considered one of the best cheap hotels on Baymeadows by some guests, who find it a good place to crash for the night. Many reviews praise the great customer service and great people, noting the front desk is very helpful and has a great attitude. The breakfast is described as good and simple, with waffles highlighted as yummy. The hotel provides soft and warm bed linens, and the showers have plenty of hot water. However, experiences can vary. Some guests report issues with room conditions, such as broken AC units, toilets that barely flush, very hard beds, and floors not clean enough for bare feet. The pool and hot tub are often not available, and some amenities like ice makers may be out of order. The property is sometimes described as needing updates, with notes of trash around and a sad-looking pool. A serious allegation was made regarding the disclosure of private information to authorities. Overall, while the hotel has potential and many appreciate the friendly staff and modest prices, it is seen by some as a last resort kinda place.
Good value for the money. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was simple but hit the spot. A bit of traffic noise late at night, but nothing too disruptive.
