“My fight was pushed forward by 2 hrs so i arrived at JAX at 7:45am instead of 10am, the hotel was kind enough to allow me to check in at 8:30am instead of me having to wait until 4pm. Im very grateful for that and will stay at this hotel anytime i come back to Jacksonville.Staff was great, hotel seems to be in great condition and there is plenty of parking.”

“This hotel checks all the boxes. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was professional, accommodating, helpful, and polite. The area around it is great. You have good food, shopping, and entertainment within close proximity to the hotel.I definitely would recommend staying here.”

“good morning. I'm sitting here in the lobby at 5 am waiting for my wife to get her day started. This is a habit that I have, which allows me to see what's going on during the not so busy time. As I sit here reading the news, I have to say that I honestly can't remember the last time I've witnessed a Hampton team actually working towards the guest service like these folks are. Great job to the overnight crew for doing it right when no one is watching!!!”

“House Keeping is excellent here. Cleanest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Area is a little shakey. Group of hotels adjacent to small shopping center. Lots of vagrants in the shopping center, didnt see any near hotels.Rooms: Cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Since covid I'm germ paranoid. I wipe down everything with my own wipes. Not even a speck of dust.Nearby activities: About 10 miles from downtown Jacksonville. Tons if stuff to do there.Safety: Adjacent to a shopping center that had vagrants hanging out. I wouldnt walk around here. Drove to the grocery store and it was fine. Went into Wendys to grab a burger. Drug addict passed out at a table, I just walked back out.Food & drinks: Vending was well stocked. Free coffee & tea in the lobby.”

“No complaints. Really nice rooms!Update: This is our first time back since Covid hit. They have done some updates and I still really like everything about this place. The rooms are super nice, the view is great and most importantly you feel safe! The location is unbeatable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“Nice clean hotel. Near Amazon JAX5 fulfillment center. It is a bit loud on the highway side suggesting a room on the other side.Breakfast was typical HIE fare, but fresh and clean. Not a ton of restaurants mostly fast foods-but options nearby.”

“Amazing stay! The front desk associate checking me in was really personable and professional - I think her name was India. The Tavern has delicious food, and our server was so attentive. We had breakfast in the main restaurant and Ana went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It was a really wonderful experience all together. Great staff!! Last but not least, the views of the city are incredible ?”

“I booked at this location due to it being close to the office I’m supporting. I do not smoke and I do not like the smell of it so this is why I book at Hilton’s, bc of their no smoking policy. Last night I was smacked in the face by the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. I called down to the front desk and was asked a series of questions “Today is Tuesday, you didn’t smell it when you check in on Monday? Do you think it could’ve been from the guest before you?” To all of which I explained that I only started smelling it in that moment and it feels like it’s coming from upstairs. She hung up and call me back stating that she tried calling the room above me but got no answer and she cannot go into the room to investigate bc they have a Do No Disturb sign hanging but that I should speak with Steve first thing in the morning. When I spoke with Steve (the front desk manager) he asked me all of the same questions and even added that this could be coming from outside since I’m on the second floor and over the front door. I explained to him again that the smell came from the bathroom and it comes and goes I guess as they smoke. He got an attitude with me asking me what do I want him to do. I told him I would contact Hilton Honors since he can’t do anything and they can help me come to a resolution. When I left this morning I made sure my Do Not Disturb sign was hanging bc I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with my things coming up missing and when I came back from work my room had been entered and I guess sprayed with air freshener which was completely without my knowledge and contradicted what was told to me last night when they said they couldn’t investigate the persons room above me bc of this Do Not Disturb sign.If you’re looking for a smoke free hotel and privacy when you put up a Do Not Disturb sign, this is NOT the hotel for you!”

“Very nice suite. It's so cute and comfortable. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, stove, and dishwasher... Everything we could have needed for the time we were there. The location is perfect for everything around them. They have a cute little pond with a gazebo in the back.The front desk was so very helpful and kind. However, during our stay, we had someone above us who had children and they were just atrocious with the running, jumping, banging, and stomping. It was so bad it woke us up from our sleep... We thought someone was knocking on our door. We let it go on until we couldn't take it anymore and we spoke with the two front desk ladies. They said they were going to handle it and they did. Thankful for that and them.Overall, it's a very great suite. We will definitely be back.”

“We came in pretty late (11:30pm). Was welcomed by the front desk, and made our way to the room then left to eat as everything at the hotel was closed. Really enjoyed our sleep.Walkability: There are a few restaurants in the area! One right across the side walk.”

“This is a disappointing Hampton Inn. Not on brand. The facility is run down. The desk staff was never at the desk. Maintenance is a huge problem. The toilet flusher was broken. The water pressure was very high on the sinks and the drain was slow. The carpets were old. The breakfast attendant was not friendly and made us feel like having breakfast was an inconvenience. Worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. The photo describes the facility in one picture.Rooms: Need renovation”

“Ashley and her staff always have a smile on their face. My daughter is a student at UNF and this is a perfect location from campus. There are many restaurants, shops, and activities all within minutes.”

“Absolutely loved staying here! Everyone from the valet to guest services to housekeeping was extremely professional, respectful, and friendly.The main entrance was extremely clean and inviting. The lobby looked beautiful and was large with lots of seating to accommodate larger groups or multiple families. The elevators were glass and as you traveled up and down from your room you could look into the center of the lobby!The hallways to the room smelled and was very clean. The rooms themselves were very clean. We had a double queen room and both beds were sleeked with tight white bedding that smelled very fresh!The bathroom was spacious, allowing a couple to both be in getting ready without interfering with one another.We also enjoyed the location. We were in town for a hockey tournament and was 2 minutes away from the rink. Anytime we Google something, like "pizza " or "matcha " all results were in walking distance!We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again due to the amazing staff, cleanliness, and surrounding environment.Rooms: Extremely clean and updatedNearby activities: 2 minutes away from the ice rinkWalkability: Any topic we searched for in Google was in walking distance”

“Clean, bar on a Tuesday night was open until midnight. I didn't see any free breakfast when I checked out. But I would stay here again.Rooms: My room looked and felt clean.”

“We had a problem, but it was effectively solved by the front desk. Marion and Paulette demonstrated tremendous customer service in assisting us with our issue. They are both excellent assets to your hotel. My family and I likely will return because of them!We also thought the breakfast was great. Staff there was courteous, and the operation was well run. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“We assumed this Hyatt was up to the standard of the name, but it doesn’t.Check in staff were very nice and focused.Room was good at first glance.TV had no guide that worked or came up and the hotel didn’t have one either. No app availability ( Netflix, Hulu,)The refrigerator was unsteady in the alcove and the door was very hard to open. At first try the whole refrigerator almost fell out!The bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper which wasn’t helpful for contacts to be cleaned.Bed was comfortable.Temp control panel fell off a couple of times.Breakfast was okay. Better than some.Price was good for the room, but I don’t think we’ll street there again.”

“Absolutely phenomenal time here, we were here for quite a while, and the staff were wonderful. They greeted us by name and we're always a delight to see. The manager helped us with some minor issues that had occured very professionally and with best work attitude I have seen in a long time. All of the staff had wonderfully enthusiastic behaviors that seemed to brighten up your day. Our room was very nice, and the amenities here are well kept. They have a basketball court, a very nice gym, a relaxing hot tub and pool and a grill that you can barbecue at. And on top of that the location is very convenient, coming right off of the highway and not to far from local stores. Highly recommend!”

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone no matter what the reason they needed to travel near Mayport or Atlantic Beach. The the rooms are very clean. The bed and linen are fresh and the rooms are clean daily. I couldn’t take them enough for the cleanliness of my room and the quality of furnishings in the rooms. I’ve had breakfast several times in the morning. The food is always fresh hot and there’s a great variety of food to eat. Thank you for your kindness and the courtesy I’ve been shown since I’ve been here. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who would be visiting the area for a price cost and the courteous staff that work here bless all of you for the job you do, which is beyond well done thank you. “Hotel is completely renovated, including rooms. Bed and room furnishings are very comfortable and there are generously sized dressers for clothing storage.I appreciate the full-sized desk and large TV.I do wish though that the renovation has gone "all the way". They stopped short of replacing the tub with a modern walk-in shower. The wall tile & shower head seem not to have been touched. No ventilation in bathroom means a steamy room after a shower.Lastly, the electrical outlets and switches are yellowed, dirty, and feel original circa 1960s (a pet peve of mine)”

“Love this location but can the management please ask the breakfast waitress to continue brewing coffee past 9am? Back to back days there has been no regular coffee at 9am. I think she’s trying to end her shift quickly. But many of your guest work in their rooms or the lobby.Thank you.”

“This location was very central for everything we needed. Five to seven minute straight shot to Ronald McDonald House. Nice and quiet, great price and value. Will definitely go back there.Rooms: Spacious, clean, the handicap room had an amazing shower that was super easy to utilize.Nearby activities: Short, easy drive to Ronald McDonald House and surrounding hospitals.Safety: Quiet and safe.Walkability: Cracker Barrel was within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The site was clean and welcoming.”

“Stayed at the Kitsap Bangor base. Awesome place!!! We were told prior to making reservations the room had no ac, but that did not deter us. Temps were in the 80s. The rooms had ceiling fans, windows and a fan and front desk said more fans were available if needed. Spacious living too., has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Front desk personnel very friendly. Free laundry as well. Spacious parking lot. Carts for luggage, just cannot drive up to the front door, but that's ok too”

“Friendly staff. We loved that they had the hotel decorated for Valentine's Day. They even had a little goody bucket for the kids. 9 minutes from the Jacksonville zoo.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good in the morning. Sausage gravy and biscuits were yummy”

“Stayed here because it advertised an indoor pool. The pool is half indoor, 1/2 outdoor and not heated, so the pool was closed down for the season. I was bummed about this because I switched hotels for the pool. The beds were comfortable. Room clean however housekeeping never put coffee pods in our room so we would have to go to the front desk for coffee pods. Breakfast was hot and good choices, but they ran out of standard sized plates so u had to use several cake plates, no biggie just inconvenient.”
